Face and neck masks
The face and neck masks are just amazing! I've only been using them for a week and I can already see a big difference in how my skin looks and feels. They're super easy to use and perfect for traveling because they're flexible and come with a storage bag.
Resolution of customer service issue
I had a hard time talking to customer service at first because they weren't giving me clear answers to my questions. But after I asked to speak with someone higher up, I got really great help and they fixed the problem in a way that made me happy. They promised me they'd look into why there was a communication issue and make sure it doesn't happen again. In the end, I'm happy with how everything turned out.
LED mask for skin
I was super pumped to give the LED mask from CurrentBody a try and see how it would improve my skin. And let me tell you, after using it regularly for a week, I can definitely see a big change in how radiant and healthy my skin looks. But, I gotta admit, the headband that keeps the mask on is pretty snug and uncomfortable, especially when wearing the eye protection. Even with that little annoyance, I think the results I'm seeing are totally worth it.

I've been using this face mask once a day for about two weeks now, and I gotta say, I've noticed some little changes in how my skin feels on my cheeks. The timer and button are handy, but I kinda wish the mask fit me a bit better with some crisscross straps to really snug it down and cover more of my chin, forehead, and nose. But you know what? I ordered to have this product shipped to Canada. The service and price was okay but I was disappointed with the unexpected costs I was charged by DHL, the courier company they use. I had paid about 26 Cdn dollars for shipping not realizing that DHL would charge additional 40 dollars in brokerage and other transactional fees. It's not acceptable for customers to have to deal with such hidden costs so CurrentBody should provide customers with the option of using the regular mail service rather than only relying on courier services. I'd never order again for international delivery through DHL. I tried to reach out to CurrentBody for clarification but they never responded.
