    Tight leg elastic, need to return

    The leg elastic on these is way too tight, it's cutting off circulation and making them super uncomfortable to wear. I tried calling customer service to get a return label, but I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone. I only wore one pair with a clean pad inside since I'm an older person who has limited contact with medical professionals. Can you please send me a return label to my email?

    Overpriced supplies for elderly grandmother

    The delivery came really fast, but man, the prices are just off the charts. Like, it's crazy how much they're asking for this stuff when you can get it way cheaper somewhere else. It's not cool to be ripping people off, especially now when things are rough. My grandma needs this stuff, and it's just so sad to see the prices so high.

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for more than thirty years, so when I read all the negative reviews some folks have left, I was pretty surprised. Personally, I've never had a bad experience with HDIS. I'm 87 years old and really depend on this company for all my home delivery needs. My mom was actually the first one in our family to try out their services when we couldn't leave the house, and now it's my turn. Even though there's a Walmart just 3 miles away, I still prefer having my stuff delivered right to my door. I've got enough space to order in bulk for six months, and I've never been disappointed with the product quality. The customer service has always been friendly, quick, and professional. To those of you who haven't had a good experience, I really encourage you to give them another shot.

    Auto-ship cancellation process

    I just went through a real headache trying to cancel an auto-ship order on the website. Even after getting rid of the auto-ship and deleting my credit card details from my account, they still sent me the product and charged me for it. Customer service told me to reject the shipment or set up a pick-up for a return, but I wasn't too sure if I'd get a refund on my card. So, I just ended up keeping the product to save myself from any more trouble.

    I recently bought diapers from this company and overall I was really disappointed with the quality. Over the past year, I've noticed a decline in how good the diapers are because it seems like the brand changes a lot. It's frustrating to keep getting random brands of diapers that aren't as good as I expected. The diapers I used for my son were pretty bad, he'd wake up every morning soaked in pee. And the underpads didn't do anything to protect the bedding, so I had to wash it every day. I'm just really tired of dealing with the bad quality and inconsistency of the product. I think it's time to find a different company that sells better diapers.

    I put in an order back in July, but I never got any updates about it being delayed. Come September, I had to reach out and ask about when it would arrive, only to be told I had to talk to my doctor first. After jumping through hoops to get an appointment with my doctor, I found out that the fax they received was for kids' pull-ups, not my order. Now I have to wait even longer to get my hands on what I actually ordered.

These bed pads are top-notch and have been a real game-changer in helping me take care of my daughter, who has disabilities.
