Jewelry purchase disappointment
I treated myself to some fancy jewelry not too long ago, thinking I'd get top-of-the-line stuff that would never go out of style. But man, was I let down by this brand. The jewelry I got was all tarnished, looking weirdly colored, and some pieces were even busted when they arrived. It's a major bummer dropping a lot of cash on supposedly swanky items only to wind up with low-quality junk. I've had cheaper stuff from places like Lucky Brand that's held up way better over time, proving that just because something's pricey doesn't mean it's gonna be top-notch.

Poster of Karate Kid
I just bought a cool Karate Kid poster from this company and I'm super satisfied with my experience. I saw the same poster in Vegas for way more money, so I was stoked to find it here at a much better price. My son is disabled and he loves movies, especially the Karate Kid. I can't wait to see his face light up when he sees this poster on his birthday. This purchase really means a lot to me, and I appreciate the fair prices and awesome service I got.

I loved the products I got from this place. The shampoo blockers are genius for when you're traveling, so you don't have to worry about your shampoo making a mess. And the deodorant works great, although the twisting part can be a little tricky. The oil system could be improved since the glue came off and it doesn't spread the oil evenly.

International purchase
As someone who has bought from this company internationally, I wouldn't suggest it if you're outside of the U.S. They ship with FedEx, but they don't tell you about all the extra costs like brokerage fees, taxes, and other fees you'll have to pay. So, I ended up with a way bigger bill than I expected for my order. It was really annoying and could have been avoided if they were more clear and upfront about everything.

Online order for Halloween costume
I just bought a Halloween costume online from this company. I paid with Paypal and had some problems with my order showing as pending. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but didn't hear back and now I'm feeling pretty annoyed. My son was really excited for his costume, and now we're scrambling to find something else. The lack of communication and bad customer service has really turned me off as a customer. I might have to go ahead and file a claim with Paypal to try and sort this out.

Revolution for pets
I recently had a really bad experience with the service at World Pet Express. I bought Revolution for my pets, thinking I was gonna get the real deal like they promised. But when I got my package, it was all knock-off stuff and not what I thought I was paying for. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were no help at all and insisted that's what I bought, even though my receipts said otherwise. I was so irritated and felt like I got ripped off. I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to let others know about my bad experience.

Mattress purchase experience
I bought a mattress from this company and it ended up being a huge disappointment. The massage feature is just a loud rumbling noise that annoys me more than it relaxes me. The mattress itself is terrible - no support at all, you just sink right in. I wake up in pain every day because of it. And when I tried to return it during the trial period, they refused and said I just had buyer's remorse. I didn't have buyer's remorse, I regretted trusting this company and falling for their fake reviews. I think there should be a class action lawsuit against them. And to add to that, I also got their universal bed brackets for the headboard, but they were a waste because they didn't fit or work properly.

This store is a nightmare when it comes to returns. They make it so hard to get your money back, you basically have to bug them with a ton of phone calls. Every time I send something back, it magically disappears until I prove I shipped it. And let's not even talk about how they handle returns - they saw my bag was messed up when they gave it back and tried to blame me. When I asked for proof, surprise, surprise, they had none. Seems like they mess up stuff on purpose and make you pay for it. It's not right. Don't go here if you can help it, but if you have to return something, do it in person. It's the only way to make sure they don't mess with your stuff or keep your money.

I got my second batch of fresh flowers from a subscription service, and honestly, I was not impressed. I love having flowers around, so I thought I'd give it a shot to brighten up my days in quarantine. The first delivery was pretty good - a nice mix of flowers that really livened up my place. But the second one was a letdown. Just some basic roses and a couple of eucalyptus stems, nothing special. I was hoping for something amazing each time, but instead, it felt like I could have just gotten the same flowers at the store down the street. So, I decided to cancel my subscription after that disappointment.

Dress return refusal
I was really let down by the return policy at this store. I bought a dress and had it sent to a friend in the U.S. But when she tried to return it for me, they said they couldn't take it back because it had been over a week since the return was started. I think that's not right. Plus, they make you wait a whole month for the credit card refund, yet they won't accept returns after only two weeks. That just doesn't make sense and it's not good for business.

I bought some fake daffodils from this store and I gotta say, I was really happy with what I got. They came right on time and were packaged up real nice, just like the other person said. I mixed them in with some other silk daffodils I had and man, the whole setup looks amazing. These fake daffodils are top-notch quality and they actually look pretty real. Awesome title belt
I was a little hesitant about purchasing a title belt from this site at first because of some negative reviews, but I am really happy that I decided to go for it! Some of the older reviews I read made me a bit worried that I might be getting scammed. But you know what? That didn't happen at all! Even though I didn't receive a confirmation email right away, it didn't matter because my belt showed up really quickly and it's fantastic. It even came with a fancy velvet sleeve that was a pleasant surprise. My son is thrilled with it, I'm thrilled with it, we're all thrilled!
