turnout blanket purchased on Black Friday<br>
I wasn't sure about ordering from this place at first because I didn't know much about it, but I took a chance and I'm so glad I did! I got a super cool turnout blanket on Black Friday and it was at my house by the next week! The quality is great, it fits perfectly (I measured first, duh), and the color is awesome! I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying from them again in the future. Oh, and I also ordered a helmet for my nephew as a Christmas present and it got here super fast even though I ordered it late. Thanks Breeches! You're the best!
Mounting blocks and clearance breeches
I've bought from this seller twice and it's been great both times. The first time, I got some mounting blocks and they arrived really quickly after I ordered them online. Shipping was fast and smooth, so I got my order right on time. The second time, I bought some clearance breeches. They were even better quality than I expected. Everything was packed nicely and shipped out fast, so I got to enjoy them right away. I'm super happy with the service from this seller and I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.
Equestrian apparel purchase
I just bought some horse riding gear and ran into a couple of problems with my order. But you know what? The customer service was really awesome! The people I talked to were super quick, really nice, and fixed everything up fast. And let me tell you, they had some cool stuff on their website - good quality and different from what you usually see. Plus, the shipping was fast, even though it was international. I'd for sure tell my friends to check this company out.

Breeches.com is my favourite tack store! Not only is the quality good, the service is beyond Excellent. I own a riding stables, and can alway depend on any items ordered from Breeches. If any questions or returns, Danielle goes the extra mile to insure par excellent customer service. She is a joy to deal with.

Farm VenturesHalter/lead sets for horse rescue.
I just bought some halter/lead sets for a horse rescue I volunteer with. I made sure to put the rescue's address for shipping, but somehow it got sent to my house instead. Customer service wasn't very helpful, they just told me to redirect it on my own. That's not fair, I shouldn't have to fix their mistake! Now I have to pay extra to send it to the right address.
Pricing discrepancy issue
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I saw a price advertised for a product that was way lower than it should have been. I decided to buy three units at that price, but then two days later, I got a message saying the product was sold out. They said it was from a third-party seller and they couldn't control the inventory, but I think that was misleading and unprofessional.
Competitive pricing and prompt delivery
I just bought something from this store and I was really impressed. The prices were great and my order came super quick. I placed the order over Labor Day weekend and it was confirmed in just a few days. They sent it out right away and I got it only two days later. If you're into horses and need good stuff for a good price, this is the place to go!
Recent order shipping issue
I haven't gotten my recent order yet, even though it was supposed to be here by now. I tried calling customer service, but it keeps saying the number is out of service. And I can't even get on the website from any server. If this isn't fixed by tomorrow, I'll have to tell my bank it might be fraud and cancel the payment.
Well-described and timely shipped item
I bought something not that long ago and I gotta say, it was exactly what I expected and it came right on time. The service was awesome and I'm super satisfied with my visit to that store.
International purchase
As someone who has bought from this company internationally, I wouldn't suggest it if you're outside of the U.S. They ship with FedEx, but they don't tell you about all the extra costs like brokerage fees, taxes, and other fees you'll have to pay. So, I ended up with a way bigger bill than I expected for my order. It was really annoying and could have been avoided if they were more clear and upfront about everything.
Apparel and Accessories
I got one thing from my order real quick, but the other two took forever. When I asked why it was taking so long, the customer service answers I got were not very helpful and kinda dismissive. They didn't give me much info or make me feel better about the missing stuff. Finally, when one of the items showed up, it was the wrong color. Once again, the customer service response was slow and kinda brushed off my concerns. They said the item was right, even though the tag from the manufacturer showed a different color. When I told them about this, they basically just said I could return the stuff if I wasn't happy, without really trying to fix the problem.
Sizing on cute pants
I've been trying to figure out the size of these super cute pants I've been eyeing on sale for like a week. I asked for measurements, but didn't hear back at all. Seriously, sizing is crucial when you're shopping for clothes! Breeches and JPC really need to do better about responding to customer questions.
Missing package
Hey, I ordered something but it never showed up. I tried to get in touch with them, but they totally ghosted me. I mean, seriously, what's up with that? Don't they care about their customers or anything?
Wrong size jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from this company and they totally messed up my order - sent me the wrong size and won't even bother responding to my emails about returning it. Plus, the quality of the jacket isn't that great either, which just adds to the disappointment. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend shopping with them if you care about good customer service and quality stuff.
Winter saddle purchase
I bought a Winter saddle from this company recently. After placing my order online and getting a payment confirmation, I was expecting shipping details. But come Tuesday evening, nothing came through. I tried reaching out via email and text, but got no response. Then out of the blue on Wednesday afternoon, I found out my order was cancelled without notice or explanation. To top it off, I still haven't gotten my money back and haven't been able to talk to a real person to figure things out. This whole situation feels sketchy and not cool at all.
