Mis-marked item purchase
I recently bought something and the company had the wrong price listed, so they canceled my order. They gave me a refund, which was nice, but I wish they could have still given me the item at the original price. It's annoying to see something you want at one price, then have the company mess up and cancel the order.

Disappointing return policy
I was first drawn in by the great prices from this company, but dealing with their return policy has been a headache. I bought some stuff and had to send one thing back, but I was surprised to find out I had to pay a big fee to ship it back. On top of that, it's been two weeks since I sent it back and still haven't gotten my refund. The way they handle returns is slow and unclear, and I'm not too happy about it.

Misleading swatches, lack of diversity in representation, inconsistent product quality, biased review posting.
Have you noticed how Lime Crime heavily edits their swatches on the website? You can't really trust the colors you see there. It's better to check out customer swatches online instead. And did you notice that their models lack diversity? They always seem to use a white girl with edited skin tones. Also, after ordering from them multiple times, I realized they only share positive reviews and ignore the negative ones. Plus, have you ever noticed how the Velvetines jars are always partially empty? It's just not worth the hassle, in my opinion.

I recently picked up a new lightsaber from this one spot and let me tell you, it's seriously the coolest thing I have now. Flight denied boarding
I was super pumped for my trip to London, but when I got to the airport, they wouldn't let me board because the flight was packed! Can you believe that? I had to wait around for almost 4 hours before they finally put me on another flight. No one even said sorry or tried to make up for the hassle. I reached out to customer service, but they were no help at all and just gave me some bogus excuse about overbooking. It was so annoying and such a letdown. I doubt I'll ever fly with them again. And to top it off, I heard they cancel flights all the time because they don't have enough pilots, which is just crazy. Talk about unprofessional!

I was so excited about the ES3 New York shoes I got from this company - they were amazing! But then, the delivery driver left them unattended in my building's elevator, and someone snatched them. I was heartbroken and figured reaching out to customer service would help. Unfortunately, the customer service team was a huge letdown. They were unprofessional, lacked basic customer service skills, and it took forever for them to respond. To top it off, instead of giving me a replacement pair in a different color, they just gave me a refund. Unacceptable, especially since I got the shoes at a discount on Black Friday. It felt like they didn't care about me at all, and the whole experience left me feeling really disappointed.

Omg, like, Menily is the worst! The clothes are so expensive and the quality is awful. I ordered a denim jacket and some graphic t-shirts, but they were such a letdown. The size charts are totally off, none of the items fit me right. And guess what - my order was missing things and I got stuff I didn't even ask for! Ugh. It took forever for my order to get here, and there wasn't even a packing slip. How am I supposed to return this mess without any instructions?! Seriously, stay away from Menily.
