    Flight denied boarding

    I was super pumped for my trip to London, but when I got to the airport, they wouldn't let me board because the flight was packed! Can you believe that? I had to wait around for almost 4 hours before they finally put me on another flight. No one even said sorry or tried to make up for the hassle. I reached out to customer service, but they were no help at all and just gave me some bogus excuse about overbooking. It was so annoying and such a letdown. I doubt I'll ever fly with them again. And to top it off, I heard they cancel flights all the time because they don't have enough pilots, which is just crazy. Talk about unprofessional!

    I just got myself one of those electronic pain relief gadgets, and let me tell you, it's amazing! It's really small and the skins are adorable, so I can coordinate it with my outfits.     I was so excited about the ES3 New York shoes I got from this company - they were amazing! But then, the delivery driver left them unattended in my building's elevator, and someone snatched them. I was heartbroken and figured reaching out to customer service would help. Unfortunately, the customer service team was a huge letdown. They were unprofessional, lacked basic customer service skills, and it took forever for them to respond. To top it off, instead of giving me a replacement pair in a different color, they just gave me a refund. Unacceptable, especially since I got the shoes at a discount on Black Friday. It felt like they didn't care about me at all, and the whole experience left me feeling really disappointed.

    A faulty jumper

    I think it's really important to give feedback not just when something goes wrong, but also when things go right. I bought a sweater from this company recently and the zipper broke.     The password removal tool I bought was great, it helped me figure out how to get rid of my forgotten passcode and I could get back into my phone right away.     Sneakers in a size that was too small

    Man, I ordered some sneakers in a size 14.5 and they were way too tight. I had to send them back for a size 15 or just get my money back.     I loved how easy it was to find my desk on the website and track the shipping. The desk is amazing!     My son hit a pothole and had a flat tire, so he used that app to call for help. He got a text with the info of the recovery company and they showed up in about an hour. They got him home safe in an hour and a half. DJ Recovery did a great job, they were really quick and efficient. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went.

    I had to reach out to customer service about a problem with some shoes I bought. Even though I didn't realize there was an issue until six months later, I was happy with how they handled it.     As a long-time customer, I've been using this online pet store to get my furry friend's special food. Sadly, he recently passed away, and let me tell you, the customer service team really went above and beyond.     Omg, like, Menily is the worst! The clothes are so expensive and the quality is awful. I ordered a denim jacket and some graphic t-shirts, but they were such a letdown. The size charts are totally off, none of the items fit me right. And guess what - my order was missing things and I got stuff I didn't even ask for! Ugh. It took forever for my order to get here, and there wasn't even a packing slip. How am I supposed to return this mess without any instructions?! Seriously, stay away from Menily.
