Lifetime promise broken
don’t trust this — my 'lifetime' PassFab license went invalid after five uses. Paid in full, now locked out. Feels like theft, I want a refund plus interest and I'll file a complaint if they don’t. Had better luck elsewhere.
Quick help, nice surprise
I was actually surprised — I messaged with a question about PassFab 4WinKey before buying and they replied same day. Help was patient and clear, felt safe to order. Shipping was quick too, unlike past companies. Really appreciated the follow-up.
Auction rescue for locked tablets
Saw them at an auction and nearly walked away. I almost didn't buy because I feared locked devices. I bought a lot of tablets and later found many were under company MDM. I needed them for resale and couldn't leave them unusable. The team unlocked four iPads. I was relieved and glad I chose them.
Billing mess, handy app though

I asked for a refund on the broken link purchase and offered to keep the working one, but they refused and even said I hadn’t cooperated. I bought the Android unlocker to get my daughter's tablet back — she signed it up with an old email she can't access and the reset route was blocked. I followed the program's steps, tried every option it offered, and after a few failed attempts I reached out to support within hours. They did reply fairly quickly, which I appreciated, and they suggested other methods to try. Problem was, those suggestions were things I had already tried, or they didn't work for this particular tablet. We went back and forth three or four times, me trying the same or similar steps, them offering another idea, me saying no luck. I finally asked straight up for a refund and to cancel the subscription since their site advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee. Instead of honoring it, the conversation turned into more troubleshooting and even upsell attempts — they nudged me to buy different software rather than refund me. After a few more days of this, I gave up and literally tossed the tablet; it was useless to me at that point. I told support I couldn't try anything else because I no longer had the device, and they came back with an offer of 30% refund. That felt odd given how soon I contacted them, so I pushed back and after more messages they bumped it to 50%. I accepted 50% just to be done with it, not because that was right. I'm not saying the software is garbage — it might work for others — but the handling of the money-back promise is what bothered me most. I've had other companies process full refunds quickly when products didn't work, so this felt stingy and, frankly, misleading. If you consider this product, be prepared for a slow, argumentative refund process and for support to keep trying troubleshooting before they give any real refund.
Passfab for pdf
PassFab for pdf is 100% decipherable, and if there was a problem with the program, I promoted a 30-day refund guarantee, so I bought it with confidence. However, as soon as I opened the program, put the pdf file in it, and started deciphering it, I refused, saying it could not be decrypted. I immediately asked for a refund, but without the exact reason, all I received was an answer that I could not give a refund because there was no problem with the program.
Password recovery software
I completely forgot my old computer password and didn't feel like restarting the whole thing just to get back in. Luckily, I came across this really cool software that helped me create a USB boot drive to reset my password. It was a breeze, and I didn't have to worry about losing any of my stuff on the computer. I just had to follow the instructions, boot into the reset page, and voila! Password changed. It was really awesome and saved me a lot of time and hassle.

I had a problem with my Samsung tablet getting locked because of someone taking over my Google account. I tried a bunch of times to get my account back but Google wouldn't help me out. Useless Software
This software is a total disaster. I bought it thinking it could help me get back some important files, but it was a complete fail. And to make matters worse, there's no way to reach out to the company for any help. They talk about a refund policy, but getting your money back is next to impossible. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this product.

I want to tell you about this activation unlock subscription I got not too long ago. It ended up being a total scam. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times but didn't get anywhere. They kept asking for screenshots and even a video of the software, but they never actually fixed the issue. It seemed like they were just dragging it out, telling me to keep trying without actually helping. I kept asking for a refund, but they just ignored me.
