I bought PassFab software to try to fix my computer's booting problem, it kept showing a blue screen. The software said everything was good to go, but I still had trouble booting up my computer. The download screen looked different from the one in their YouTube video. When I asked for a refund, they said no, which made me lose trust in them. Luckily, Trustpilot came to the rescue and helped me get my money back. I really appreciated that. I hope PassFab keeps their word next time.
Useless subscription
I feel totally ripped off by this subscription service. I thought I'd get some cool phone tools, but all I got was a lame app that kept telling me to factory reset my phone. It didn't actually help me with anything. And trying to unsubscribe was a pain - I had to deal with support emails just to cancel. It's really not worth the money.
Saved me big time
I was totally panicking because I couldn't remember my password to log into my computer. But then I came across this awesome tool that helped me reset it, and it seriously worked like a charm! I watched a video tutorial and followed each step, scrolled through the user account list, and bam, I was back in. I was so relieved and thrilled that it actually worked that I had to give it a glowing 5-star review immediately.
MDM removal tool
I found this awesome tool that worked like magic to get rid of the MDM on some old work phones I had lying around. I wanted to give them to my kids, but the MDM was in the way since I couldn't log in with my old work info. This tool helped me bypass that so I could use the phones for wifi only. At first, they only gave me a 7-day trial, but when I tried to upgrade to lifetime use, they wanted a good review in exchange. It was great at first, but I ran into some problems later on when I tried to install it on a new computer. Even though I wasn't using the old computer anymore, they wanted me to transfer the license and write another review on the new one.
iCloud Account Unlock Solution
I gotta give a huge shoutout to this software for saving me from the stress of dealing with locked iCloud accounts on iPhones I bought online. PassFab's solution seriously works miracles and has helped me out more than once. The software is super easy to use and gets the job done like no other. Password removal tool
The password removal tool was so easy to use, and it worked perfectly. I was able to get past my password and FRP without any problems. It was such a relief to get back into my phone so fast and without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this tool to anyone who needs to remove forgotten passcodes. Password removal software
This software is awesome! It helped me quickly reset my forgotten password and saved my new one in no time. I really like it, but I decided to cancel the auto-renewal just in case. I might go for the lifetime version if I ever need it again down the road.
ScreenLock Remover
This company is a scam and swindling you out of your money. I purchased this in error and they would not refund my money. I was using the Screenlock remover and it didn't support my device. They refused to refund my money. It's a scam. You can also just search online how to fix your device for free. Total scam.
Password recovery PassKey for old laptop
I just bought a PassKey to help me recover the password on my old laptop that's running Windows Vista. I totally blanked on my admin password and couldn't get into my files. I tried a bunch of different methods I found online but nothing worked, so I gave PassKey a shot. It worked like a charm and in no time at all, I was back into my laptop without losing any of my stuff. I'm really happy with how well it worked and would definitely suggest it to anyone dealing with a similar problem.

Worst Support I've Ever Experienced and Software Not Fully Functional
I purchased both their PassFab for Word and for PDFs. Their site states that both these products have a "Brute Force with Mask Attack" function... which is to say, I can choose which characters to search by and not search by. I specifically chose PassFab for this functionality as I have several old encrypted docs/pdfs I’ve lost passwords to and I know the characters I use and don't use.
Turns out that both products glitch when attempting to use this function. I contacted their tech support, indicating the specific issue I was having and included screen shots clearly showing the malfunction. They replied back saying that this was a known bug/issue and, to quote, "We have feedback this problem to our technian ...sic... They said this is a problem with the library."
So, known issue and missing functionality that they advertise their software to possess. You'd think that this would be a simple refund. Well, after 8 emails from them they have consistently refused to fully refund me saying that, "I am sorry that it is hard for us to apply for a full refund because of the limitation of the refund system." So, their "refund system" won't allow them to fully refund me and that’s one of their reasons for the refusal?! Just wow!
I've been through their refund policy and there's nothing indicating any reason for not refunding me in full. It's astonishing to me that they continue to make such excuses. They have also repeatedly stated that they can't refund me due to their refund policy yet have failed to point out exactly where in their policy, after being asked several times, I fail to meet their criteria.
I highly recommend you look elsewhere. If this is how they are treating me I have to imagine I'm not the only one.PassFab Android Unlocker
They charge you a monthly subscription fee for the software, which is crazy! It's a one-time use software and it doesn't even work properly. I didn't realize they were charging me monthly, so I racked up over $120 before I closed the account. No refund was issued, which is their policy. Their software sometimes works, but I think this kind of payment system is meant to scam people.

They did not honor their 30 day refund policy when the product did not work for me. Instead, this is their response: "According to the refund policy, if the customer do not seek our help and use other solutions to solve the problem, usually we cannot refund. Our refund principle is to refund product quality problems that have no solution." I did not seek other solutions. I just wanted my money back. Be aware before you buy!
Worse Refund Policy and Costumer Service
Well if I could give them zero stars I would. I was not satisfied with their product and they refused to honor their 30-day money back guarantee. If you offer a guarantee then honor it not just keep annoying the customer for reasons why they did not like it, just refund their money

Really wish you could give negative ratings. The software does not filter correctly, dies after 24 hours and the only thing worst that the software is their lack of support. Really wish I had used Credit card instead of PayPal so I could dispute the charge easier. Don't waste your time or money on this product. ** add-on** after uninstalling the software my Microsoft Edge would no longer launch, why would this software effect Edge? Then I remembered this is a Chinese Company and my data may be getting reported back to the Chinese Government - Dangerous. I restored my computer from a backup prior to the install and now I am off to change all password! Again not worth the time or money.
