no live chat, no phone number, just a ticket system that answers like once a day. Waiting 24 hours for simple back-and-forth makes any troubleshooting impossible. I asked for a refund on the broken link purchase and offered to keep the working one, but they refused and even said I hadn’t cooperated. Honestly, I’m disappointed and annoyed; the product might have worked, but the delivery and service ruined it.
