Saw it on a tech forum, buddy tipped me. The unlock tool feels solid, easy to use. Quick steps, worked on my Android and iPhone unexpectedly, big win.
Saved my day
Honestly, it saved me — fixed my iPhone screen lock on first try when I used it last week; setup was painless, straightforward, and I'm really grateful it worked.
Surprisingly does the trick
Weirdly, I bought this after a brutal password lockout on my laptop — needed it fast. It worked like it said, simple to use (and gave extra fix options), saved me time
Phone saved, surprised me
I almost didn't buy it — sounded too good to be true — but after one try it actually rescued my bricked iPhone (no joke). Had bad experiences elsewhere, but this worked, I’d recommend.
Right when I relaxed
Right when I was about to give up, I realized I was actually satisfied — I needed this app for chronic back pain after other apps let me down. The free setup is annoying and takes steps, but the exercises and reminders worked, surprisingly reliable.
License hiccup, quick fix
Mid-install my license stopped working; I reached out and their team replied fast. I’d used it a week and it feels solid and intuitive — was surprised they fixed the license quickly, I’m back using it.
Ran a day then froze
Opened it on a random morning, worked fine for about a day and then just stopped. UI felt clunky, logs were vague. I filed a ticket and support was slow, but after nagging they issued a partial refund. Not great, learned from it.
Thought it was forever
I bought a lifetime PassFab plan but now it suddenly has usage caps, so I basically can’t use it like before. Support just keeps giving excuses; other companies fixed stuff fast. It still works sometimes, but annoying.
Good product, billing headaches
I first saw this after a colleague tipped me, and I was hesitant about recurring bills. Tried canceling later — support said done, but invoices kept arriving. Service works, just messy billing and follow-up.
Saved my old gadget
keep their contact handy for emergencies.
Lifetime promise broken
don’t trust this — my 'lifetime' PassFab license went invalid after five uses. Paid in full, now locked out. Feels like theft, I want a refund plus interest and I'll file a complaint if they don’t. Had better luck elsewhere.
Quick help, nice surprise
I was actually surprised — I messaged with a question about PassFab 4WinKey before buying and they replied same day. Help was patient and clear, felt safe to order. Shipping was quick too, unlike past companies. Really appreciated the follow-up.
Auction rescue for locked tablets
Saw them at an auction and nearly walked away. I almost didn't buy because I feared locked devices. I bought a lot of tablets and later found many were under company MDM. I needed them for resale and couldn't leave them unusable. The team unlocked four iPads. I was relieved and glad I chose them.
Billing mess, handy app though
they charged a few months without my OK and won't refund. I use it for my daily work stuff, so that hit hard. Weirdly, the app actually made organizing way easier. Support offered a lifetime deal instead of fixing it.
Late-night hope, quick disappointment
thumbs up), but that was the only thing that was fast. I messaged support within the hour asking for a refund under their 30-day promise and at first got the usual “software works as designed” reply. Annoying. After a few more polite-but-firm messages they finally escalated and issued a refund, so credit where it’s due. Been burned before by over-hyped sellers, but this one ended better than expected — still, be careful if you need real GPU speed.
Odd little relief after a mess
keep screenshots and expect a bit of pushback.
Late-night download mess
no live chat, no phone number, just a ticket system that answers like once a day. Waiting 24 hours for simple back-and-forth makes any troubleshooting impossible. I asked for a refund on the broken link purchase and offered to keep the working one, but they refused and even said I hadn’t cooperated. Honestly, I’m disappointed and annoyed; the product might have worked, but the delivery and service ruined it.
Small mix-up, still useful
I hesitated buying, worried they'd send wrong thing. Needed Excel for work. Got RAR instead, got free activation after review. Works, still odd.
Money-back promise felt thin
I bought the Android unlocker to get my daughter's tablet back — she signed it up with an old email she can't access and the reset route was blocked. I followed the program's steps, tried every option it offered, and after a few failed attempts I reached out to support within hours. They did reply fairly quickly, which I appreciated, and they suggested other methods to try. Problem was, those suggestions were things I had already tried, or they didn't work for this particular tablet. We went back and forth three or four times, me trying the same or similar steps, them offering another idea, me saying no luck. I finally asked straight up for a refund and to cancel the subscription since their site advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee. Instead of honoring it, the conversation turned into more troubleshooting and even upsell attempts — they nudged me to buy different software rather than refund me. After a few more days of this, I gave up and literally tossed the tablet; it was useless to me at that point. I told support I couldn't try anything else because I no longer had the device, and they came back with an offer of 30% refund. That felt odd given how soon I contacted them, so I pushed back and after more messages they bumped it to 50%. I accepted 50% just to be done with it, not because that was right. I'm not saying the software is garbage — it might work for others — but the handling of the money-back promise is what bothered me most. I've had other companies process full refunds quickly when products didn't work, so this felt stingy and, frankly, misleading. If you consider this product, be prepared for a slow, argumentative refund process and for support to keep trying troubleshooting before they give any real refund.
Passfab for pdf
PassFab for pdf is 100% decipherable, and if there was a problem with the program, I promoted a 30-day refund guarantee, so I bought it with confidence. However, as soon as I opened the program, put the pdf file in it, and started deciphering it, I refused, saying it could not be decrypted. I immediately asked for a refund, but without the exact reason, all I received was an answer that I could not give a refund because there was no problem with the program.
