Gorgeous Burgundy Human Hair Wig
This wig is seriously incredible. I just got it and it's seriously the best thing ever! The hair is so thick and full, but it doesn't feel heavy at all. And it's so soft and silky, you wouldn't even believe it's real hair. The burgundy color is just gorgeous and vibrant. Plus, it arrived super quickly, even faster than I expected. The package was really secure too, so it arrived in perfect condition. I can't even put into words how much I adore this wig, it's truly a game-changer!

I bought some hair extensions from this store recently and I gotta admit, I'm really impressed with the quality and service. Wash and blow dry for granddaughter's formal event
I recently went to the hair salon and it was such a letdown. I made an appointment for my granddaughter to get her hair washed and styled for her formal event, and I asked for a simple side braid to be added to her long beautiful hair. But when we got there and requested the braid, they straight up said no. The staff didn't seem to care at all about making my granddaughter feel special for her big day. Even though there were three hairdressers available and no one else waiting, they still wouldn't do it. It was really disappointing to see how little they valued our experience and how they ruined my granddaughter's day. I definitely plan on telling others about my bad experience so they don't have to go through the same thing.
$81 hair products
I'm really upset about buying stuff from this store. I spent $81 on hair products and never got any tracking info. I kept emailing them about my order but they were no help at all. It was super annoying dealing with them and I'm glad I used PayPal because now they're taking care of it. I definitely don't recommend buying from this shop - their service was terrible.

I recently bought this really adorable wig from a store and I absolutely adore it! However, I didn't receive a confirmation email and when I called their customer service, I got redirected to a salon where the lady wasn't very nice. Thankfully, I eventually received my wig and it is fantastic! It's definitely way better than dealing with that unfriendly lady at the salon.

I really think it would be awesome to have more picture reviews on the website. I'm sure lots of people (including me, of course 😆) would be more likely to purchase from this company if customers could leave pictures along with their reviews. I recently got a green and black wig from this store and although I haven't worn it yet, it seems to be really good quality.

This kind of unprofessional behavior is not okay for any business. I've complained to consumer affairs and I encourage others who have had similar issues to do the same. This company clearly isn't being honest and should be responsible for their bad business practices.

I ordered this wig online and it was a total nightmare. I had to wait forever for it to even get shipped out! I tried contacting them so many times and got no response until I basically threatened to call my bank and Consumer Affairs. Finally got the wig after like three weeks.
