Tumblers and coolers
Brumate's products are really great, but man, they need to work on their delivery process! I've gotten stuff in messed up boxes and containers multiple times. But hey, at least their customer service is on top of things and always sends replacements for any damage. There were a few times when my packages straight up disappeared, but the customer service team didn't waste any time sending out new orders. Despite the hiccups, I'll keep going back to Brumate because their products are awesome and their customer service is top-notch.

I've been using this thing for a while now, always getting the longest package cause it was the best deal. But then they went ahead and auto-renewed me on the most expensive single year deal without even letting me know! That's not cool, man. I'm not gonna use this again.

Ticket voucher complications
My experience buying ticket vouchers through this service was not great. When I got to the theme parks, I ran into a lot of problems trying to use the vouchers. One time, I had to wait around for an hour at a park for someone to help me with my voucher because the staff couldn't figure it out right away. And then at another park, I had to stand in line for a manager to print actual tickets because the voucher wouldn't work at the entrance. It was really stressful and took away from the fun day I was supposed to have. Even though the prices were probably cheaper with this service, dealing with all the issues with the vouchers made it not worth it in the end.

I bought a set of walkie talkies from this company not too long ago, and man, it's been nothing but trouble. Their website gave me bad vibes right off the bat, and sure enough, after I made my purchase, I saw some fishy charges on my credit card. It looks like this company can't keep their security in check, which is just not cool. Dealing with these fraudulent charges and having to cancel my card has been a huge headache. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of buying anything from them. Trust me, it's not worth it.

I had to tweak my settings a bit to get it just right, but once I figured it out, my emails were going out like crazy. The customer service, especially Francesco, was incredibly helpful and understanding. I totally suggest TurboSMTP if you want to make sure your emails actually reach their destination!

Not as advertised
Ugh, it's such a scam! I ordered these clothes thinking they were gonna be nice and made of wool, but they turned out to be cheap nylon. And the worst part is they don't even look like the pictures online! Some of them were supposed to be lined but weren't, and the seams were all bulky and had terrible stitching. And let's not even talk about their return policy - gotta ship it back to China on my own dime? Seriously, what a joke! I might as well just toss this junk in the trash where it belongs. Total garbage, for real.
