Four tickets to a theme park
I bought four tickets to a theme park from this company recently, and everything went smoothly at first. But, when our plans changed and one person couldn't make it, things got frustrating. I tried to cancel just one ticket, but was told I had to reorder the other three first and provide proof before they would cancel the original order. This wasn't clear on their website, and when I asked about it, they just said it was their policy. This lack of transparency is worrying and just not okay. So, I decided to cancel the whole order and buy new tickets directly from the theme park. It's been two weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund. If I don't get it soon, I'll have to dispute the charges. Overall, my experience with this company has been really disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend them to others in the future.
Ticket purchase delay
I bought concert tickets from this place and really wish I hadn't. The website was easy enough to use, and checking out was smooth. But little did I know, I'd have to wait nearly two months to actually get my tickets. What a joke! They took my money quick, but the ticket seller was slow to reach out. Forget about a refund - that's not happening. The customer service person I talked to was unfriendly and made it clear that these tickets were final. I bought tickets for the Universal Studios VIP tour and had a really frustrating time with customer service. I needed to change the tour time, but I kept getting bounced between Undercover Tourist and Universal Studios. They both said the other was supposed to make the change. Finally, I had to buy new tickets for the time I wanted, and then get a refund for the first ones. But now, just a few days before my trip, the new tickets won't work on the Universal app while the old ones do.
Black Friday deal for SeaWorld San Diego
I recently snagged a Black Friday deal for SeaWorld San Diego. I was so pumped to get the buy one get one free ticket offer, but turns out I got tricked into buying more tickets than I needed to get the free ones. I tried calling customer service multiple times and finally figured out what happened. To top it off, I found out the deal wasn't even any better than what SeaWorld had on their website. What a waste of my money, time, and energy dealing with three different customer service reps. Needless to say, I won't be using that site again.
Great Disneyland deal, hotel mistake
Alright, so the Disneyland tickets we scored here were an amazing deal, but man, the hotel we reserved totally messed up. Last minute, we had to shell out way more money because they didn't book it correctly. And instead of trying to make things right, they just kept apologizing without taking any action. Super frustrating! I'm definitely trying a different app next time.
New York City pass purchase
I just want to share my experience as a customer who bought a New York City pass from their website. Honestly, they say they offer refunds but they actually don't. It's pretty annoying to be given the wrong information like that, so I suggest not buying anything through them. I think it's better to just go straight to the company to make sure you get the right service and policies.
Cheaper tickets, misleading policy
Don't believe those fancy ads that promise a 90-day refund policy and a whole year to use your tickets. It's all fake! I tried to change my Universal Hollywood tickets to an earlier date and they wouldn't let me, completely ignoring their supposed return policy. The email is lying about the 90-day guarantee applying to all tickets - don't make the same mistake I did.
Theme park tickets
I bought some tickets for a theme park from this company not too long ago and it didn't go well. The customer service was basically non-existent and didn't really help me out. Man, this company is ridiculous! I ordered 2 tickets that were supposed to come right away, but it's been 4 days and I still haven't gotten them. They already took my money and now they won't even give me a refund because it's supposedly a final sale. But seriously, how can it be final if I never even received the tickets? Ticket voucher complications
My experience buying ticket vouchers through this service was not great. When I got to the theme parks, I ran into a lot of problems trying to use the vouchers. One time, I had to wait around for an hour at a park for someone to help me with my voucher because the staff couldn't figure it out right away. And then at another park, I had to stand in line for a manager to print actual tickets because the voucher wouldn't work at the entrance. I recently bought 4-day tickets to WDW for myself and 3 other adults from this company, and let me tell you, it was a big letdown. The total was $2,635.80 (US), which I thought was a good price at the time. But later I found out I could have gotten the same tickets for the same days on the WDW official website for only $2,198.16 (US). When I contacted Undercover Tourist about this, they basically said tough luck and wouldn't give me a refund or anything. I won't be recommending them to anyone in the future, that's for sure.
Comedy Show Tickets

Quick and easy Disney tickets
I just snagged two 1-day Disneyland tickets for my kiddos using this service. It was super late on October 8th when I made the purchase, but everything went smoothly and was easy to do.
