    Double charge, small win

    I was scrambling to get tickets for my sister's birthday after being stuck at home all year, so I jumped on this site. The page errored, I ordered again, and—predictably—two charges showed up. Customer service felt slow at first and I was pretty annoyed, but after I pushed and sent screenshots a supervisor actually corrected the duplicate charge and refunded one ticket. That moment — when the refund appeared — is when I actually felt satisfied. Still, the glitch and delay were really irritating overall.

    My kid fell asleep with a plush cookie and I had this sudden, "did I book the right day?" panic — first time using Undercover Tourist so I was half-skeptical. Picking tickets turned out to be annoyingly easy though, clear options, no weird fees sneaking up. Payment went through fast, and the e-tickets hit my inbox right away (check spam, just in case). I did have one tiny question about the park closing early; customer service replied quickly and didn't sound like a robot, which was nice. We went late August, kids loved the water stuff and the parade — we kept joking the toddler lived in the fountains. Park closed at 5 but we salvaged the evening downtown. Would buy through them again, no doubt.

    Wrong date, then a small win

    I was juggling work and kids when I noticed the tickets in my cart had been switched to a different date. I called, explained it was a mistake — turned out the site changed the date — and they told me I had to refund minus a 5% service fee and then buy again. One ticket had jumped $30 and a $10 coupon disappeared, so I was annoyed. After I pushed it up the chain someone removed the fee, but only if I repurchased before the refund processed. The moment they waived the fee felt like a small victory, and I could relax about our weekend plans.

    That parade moment sold it

    I didn't expect much when a friend told me about buying Sesame Place tickets through Undercover Tourist, but I checked it out anyway. The site made picking tickets simple. Prices were clear, options spelled out, checkout was quick and the confirmation showed up in my inbox almost instantly. We went with the kids and the exact moment I knew it was worth it was during the parade — both my toddler and my six-year-old dropped everything and started dancing. That's when I relaxed and stopped watching my watch. It's not perfect. The park closes at 5 pm and some food lines were slow. Still, the water attractions, the parade and the ease of buying made it a solid day. I'll probably buy here again, for sure.

    Four tickets to a theme park

    I bought four tickets to a theme park from this company recently, and everything went smoothly at first. But, when our plans changed and one person couldn't make it, things got frustrating. I tried to cancel just one ticket, but was told I had to reorder the other three first and provide proof before they would cancel the original order. This wasn't clear on their website, and when I asked about it, they just said it was their policy. This lack of transparency is worrying and just not okay. So, I decided to cancel the whole order and buy new tickets directly from the theme park. It's been two weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund. If I don't get it soon, I'll have to dispute the charges. Overall, my experience with this company has been really disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend them to others in the future.

    I bought concert tickets from this place and really wish I hadn't. The website was easy enough to use, and checking out was smooth. But little did I know, I'd have to wait nearly two months to actually get my tickets. What a joke! They took my money quick, but the ticket seller was slow to reach out. Forget about a refund - that's not happening. The customer service person I talked to was unfriendly and made it clear that these tickets were final.     Universal Studios VIP tour tickets

    I bought tickets for the Universal Studios VIP tour and had a really frustrating time with customer service. I needed to change the tour time, but I kept getting bounced between Undercover Tourist and Universal Studios. They both said the other was supposed to make the change. Finally, I had to buy new tickets for the time I wanted, and then get a refund for the first ones. But now, just a few days before my trip, the new tickets won't work on the Universal app while the old ones do.

    Black Friday deal for SeaWorld San Diego

    I recently snagged a Black Friday deal for SeaWorld San Diego. I was so pumped to get the buy one get one free ticket offer, but turns out I got tricked into buying more tickets than I needed to get the free ones. I tried calling customer service multiple times and finally figured out what happened. To top it off, I found out the deal wasn't even any better than what SeaWorld had on their website. What a waste of my money, time, and energy dealing with three different customer service reps. Needless to say, I won't be using that site again.

    Great Disneyland deal, hotel mistake

    Alright, so the Disneyland tickets we scored here were an amazing deal, but man, the hotel we reserved totally messed up. Last minute, we had to shell out way more money because they didn't book it correctly. And instead of trying to make things right, they just kept apologizing without taking any action. Super frustrating! I'm definitely trying a different app next time.

    I just want to share my experience as a customer who bought a New York City pass from their website. Honestly, they say they offer refunds but they actually don't.     Cheaper tickets, misleading policy

    Don't believe those fancy ads that promise a 90-day refund policy and a whole year to use your tickets. It's all fake! I tried to change my Universal Hollywood tickets to an earlier date and they wouldn't let me, completely ignoring their supposed return policy. The email is lying about the 90-day guarantee applying to all tickets - don't make the same mistake I did.

    I bought some tickets for a theme park from this company not too long ago and it didn't go well. The customer service was basically non-existent and didn't really help me out.     Kennedy Space Center tickets

    I recently bought tickets for the Kennedy Space Center from this company and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole experience. Right after I made the purchase, I realized I goofed because the location was way too far from where we were staying. I reached out to customer service right away asking about a refund, but they were super confusing and resistant about it. Even after showing them screenshots and proof of the unclear refund policy on their website, they told me the tickets couldn't be refunded.     Ticket issue with lack of customer service

    I recently had a really disappointing experience with my ticket purchase through this vendor. I got the wrong ticket and when I contacted customer service to try to get the right one, they told me no. I ended up calling the theme park directly, and they were super nice about helping me get an upgrade if they could find the ticket in their system.

    It was weird that Undercover Tourist didn't want to work with me, especially when the theme park was totally cool with it. Turns out, the ticket number they gave me didn't match the one the theme park had, which made things even more complicated. I tried reaching out to them several times on the day I bought the ticket, but they wouldn't budge - no refunds, changes, or modifications allowed.

    It was frustrating that Undercover Tourist didn't seem interested in helping or trying to fix the issue. Overall, my experience with them was pretty disappointing, and I'd suggest buying directly from the theme park to avoid dealing with their customer service problems.

    Man, this company is ridiculous! I ordered 2 tickets that were supposed to come right away, but it's been 4 days and I still haven't gotten them. They already took my money and now they won't even give me a refund because it's supposedly a final sale. But seriously, how can it be final if I never even received the tickets?     Ticket voucher complications

    My experience buying ticket vouchers through this service was not great. When I got to the theme parks, I ran into a lot of problems trying to use the vouchers. One time, I had to wait around for an hour at a park for someone to help me with my voucher because the staff couldn't figure it out right away. And then at another park, I had to stand in line for a manager to print actual tickets because the voucher wouldn't work at the entrance. It was really stressful and took away from the fun day I was supposed to have. Even though the prices were probably cheaper with this service, dealing with all the issues with the vouchers made it not worth it in the end.

    Universal and Disney tickets

    I was pretty happy at first when I bought tickets for Universal and Disney from here. The website was easy to use, and I got a quick response to my question. But then, my excitement turned to disappointment when I found out about the big fee for using my UK credit card. That extra charge totally canceled out any money I saved by buying the tickets on this site. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
