    Multiple shipments, one late

    I had such a good time dealing with this company! My order came in a few different deliveries, and one of them was running late. But when I got in touch with customer service, they quickly gave me all the info I needed - like a tracking number and when to expect it. The package showed up just 3 days later, and they kept checking in with me every day to make sure things were cool. You could tell they really wanted to make sure I was happy with my order.

    Parka, winter coat, leather jacket

    Man, I'm really upset about my recent purchases from Noize! I was super pumped when I got my parka, it was like a vegan version of a Canada goose. I loved it so much that I ended up buying a lighter winter coat and a cool leather jacket too. But then disaster hit - my $300 parka started ripping and tearing near the pockets and zipper. I reached out to customer service for help but they were so rude and disrespectful, telling me my coat was out of warranty by just 2 months. And now, to make matters worse, my leather jacket is falling apart too. Seriously, steer clear of this place. The quality sucks and the customer service is terrible!

    Gold-tone plated Zodiac bracelet

    I just got this Gold-tone plated Zodiac bracelet as a gift and, let me tell you, it's absolutely gorgeous. But here's the thing - I'm having a tough time with the clasp on the chain. It's pretty hard to handle, so it's a struggle every time I try to put on the bracelet. It's a real bummer that I can't rock this beautiful piece like I want to because of this little hassle.

    I gotta say, I had a really good time shopping at this online store that's got a warehouse in the EU.     Bouquet with few flowers

    Oh my gosh, this is just so absurd! I ordered this bouquet and when it showed up, it was like, completely bare. It seriously looked like they just grabbed some flowers from their yard or something. And the picture online looked wayyyy better than what I actually received. Like, what's even the point of lying with those pictures, you know? I am definitely not going to order from them again, like ever.

    Replacement lenses with sentimental frames

    My experience with LensDirect has been amazing. The customer service rep I talked to, Bibi, was so nice and helpful. I recently lost my husband and needed specific frames that were sentimental to me. Unfortunately, LensDirect couldn't replace them because they were fragile. But Bibi went out of her way to help me find a solution. She gave me similar frames to choose from and even offered to clean my old lenses and give them back to me with my original frames. It's not often you find companies that are so helpful, and Bibi showed exceptional service. I'm really thankful for her help during a tough time. Thanks a lot, Bibi!

    File recovery software

    The file recovery program from this service really bailed me out when my external hard drive crashed. I was able to get my files back and saved them to a new device. They suggested I sign up for a subscription to keep accessing the service. Being an older user, I struggled with the confusing interface and didn't like the file format they used, making it hard for me to access my recovered files easily.

    Piddle pads purchase

    I have to admit, I would have totally given this product 5 stars if it weren't for a couple of issues. With five small dogs, buying piddle pads in bulk gets pricey real fast. Also, sometimes the plastic on the larger pads doesn't open all the way when you try to flick it open, so you have to manually do it. And every once in a while, a bit of glue gets stuck to the pad, so you have to pull it apart. But luckily, I found ValuePetSupplies and they sell these pads at a fair price.
