Oversize V-neck top
The customer service here is fantastic. I had a problem with something I bought, but when I contacted them, they quickly sent me a replacement without any trouble. The oversized V-neck top I got is so comfy and stylish, great for relaxing or doing errands. The material is really soft and nice, making it one of my favorite things to wear.
Not worth the hassle
I wanna talk to you about my experience with this company. Ordering was a total nightmare - delays, mix-ups, you name it. And forget about trying to reach their customer service team - that's a whole other story. When the package eventually showed up, the quality was a joke. I've found better stuff in discount stores. And then, when I shared my real thoughts on social media, they actually blocked me. Just a heads up, this place seems more like a scam than a real clothing company. I'd stay away if I were you.
Lounge wear purchase
I was really bummed about the no exchange policy, especially since the sizing for lounge wear can be a bit tricky in this price range. They should definitely mention that before you place an order. But, even with that issue, I have to say the fabric is just amazing and really good quality. The customer service team was super fast in getting back to me and was open to making changes to their policy to make things better. It's awesome to see a company that actually listens to its customers and is willing to be flexible.
Soft and shape-holding clothing
I really like the clothes from this company because they're super soft and they keep their shape well. But, I'm pretty bummed out by how long it takes for my orders to get to me. Even though I live on the east coast and pick the free shipping, it takes over a week for my stuff to arrive. It seems like orders from other companies, even ones from overseas or the opposite coast, show up much quicker. I can't help but wonder if the delay is because of the shipping provider, like Fedex, because there always seems to be a hold-up. I do love the quality of the clothes once they finally get to me, but waiting so long is definitely annoying.
Recent online purchase
I just bought something online and had a bad time with customer service. I tried to pay with Apple Pay, but it didn't work on their website. Instead of fixing it, they just canceled my order and gave me my money back without saying why or trying to help more. I've shopped with them a lot and spent a bunch of money on their clothes before, but this made me feel like they don't care about me at all. It's clear they care more about something else now and are acting all high and mighty.
Soft and comfy lounge pants
These lounge pants are seriously the best! I have a couple pairs from this brand and they're always my first choice for hanging out at home or doing stuff around town. The fabric is super soft and comfy, and the fit is just right. I can't say enough good things about them!
Unreturnable sale items
I was really bummed when I found out the brand doesn't accept returns on sale items. They don't make this policy clear until you try to return something. It's annoying because customers like me who live far away can't try on the clothes before buying them. This kind of policy doesn't make me want to shop there again and might make me think twice before buying from them in the future.
Soft and comfortable loungewear
I just wanted to share how much I love the loungewear I bought recently. It's so soft and comfy, feels like I'm walking around in a cloud whenever I wear it. The quality is really great, but I have to admit, the prices are a little steep for what you're getting. And it's kind of a bummer that even though the company says they're size-inclusive, they don't really have options for different body types. It's frustrating that they just brush off requests for better fit, telling people to just get alterations.

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this clothing brand is. It feels like you're wrapped in a comfy cloud when you wear it. Seriously, I've never felt so fancy in my whole life. The way it hangs on my body is just beautiful, and I always get tons of compliments whenever I wear it. Returning stuff was easy peasy, and I love that they offer different sizes. And hey, the Rewards program is a nice little perk too. Take my word for it, you won't be sorry if you give this brand a shot.

I just got the Cashmere Wrap and I love it! It's so soft and comfy, perfect for snuggling up on cold days. The color is great and looks fantastic with my clothes. I'm happy with my purchase and I'll definitely come back for more in the future.
Over $500 clothing purchase
This store has the worst customer service! I bought over $500 worth of clothes and when I wanted to exchange 2 items for a smaller size, I couldn't believe it when they said no returns. I tried reaching out to customer service many times by phone and email, but they never responded. Such a letdown.
Oversized item, defective stitching, friendly staff
The return policy at this place really bothers me. I mean, who wouldn't want the option to return sale items? What's the big deal in letting customers send back items they're not totally happy with, especially if they're willing to pay for the return shipping? It's annoying to order something based on the sizing guide only to find out it's still too big. However, I will admit that the one time I had to return something because of defective stitching, the process went surprisingly smoothly and without any trouble. The staff members I dealt with were always super nice and respectful, which definitely helped make the whole thing a bit easier to handle. Even though I have some issues with the return policy, I've still managed to build up a nice collection of items from here and I have to say, I really do enjoy them.
Lightweight and comfortable clothing
I love the clothes from this brand, they are so comfy and the material is super soft. The only thing is sometimes the sizes can be a little inconsistent. But I do like that they have a moving hanger fit guide to help with that. One thing that bugs me though is that there aren't any extra discounts or bonuses available through the app for international customers, which doesn't seem quite fair to me. I wasn't too happy with the recent changes to the point system either. On the bright side, the customer service is amazing, the shipping is reasonable, and the exchange and return process is easy. I really love the styles and colors they offer, and I especially enjoy the styling videos and sizing tips they provide. The live shows on Instagram are also really helpful and fun. Overall, I'm a big fan of their capsule collection and will definitely keep shopping with them.

Ordering these super soft and comfy clothes was so easy. The sizes fit perfectly and each item was just like they said it would be. The quality is amazing and I always grab these clothes when I want to look good and feel cozy. But, I kinda wish they offered free shipping like some other brands I love.
