Lightweight and comfortable clothing
I love the clothes from this brand, they are so comfy and the material is super soft. The only thing is sometimes the sizes can be a little inconsistent. But I do like that they have a moving hanger fit guide to help with that. One thing that bugs me though is that there aren't any extra discounts or bonuses available through the app for international customers, which doesn't seem quite fair to me. I wasn't too happy with the recent changes to the point system either. On the bright side, the customer service is amazing, the shipping is reasonable, and the exchange and return process is easy. I really love the styles and colors they offer, and I especially enjoy the styling videos and sizing tips they provide. The live shows on Instagram are also really helpful and fun. Overall, I'm a big fan of their capsule collection and will definitely keep shopping with them.
Oversized item, defective stitching, friendly staff
The return policy at this place really bothers me. I mean, who wouldn't want the option to return sale items? What's the big deal in letting customers send back items they're not totally happy with, especially if they're willing to pay for the return shipping? It's annoying to order something based on the sizing guide only to find out it's still too big. However, I will admit that the one time I had to return something because of defective stitching, the process went surprisingly smoothly and without any trouble. The staff members I dealt with were always super nice and respectful, which definitely helped make the whole thing a bit easier to handle. Even though I have some issues with the return policy, I've still managed to build up a nice collection of items from here and I have to say, I really do enjoy them.

Oh my goodness, I am totally in love with my new favorites from this store! I recently picked up this adorable tank dress in a stunning navy color and let me tell you, it's absolutely amazing. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfy, it feels like I'm wearing pajamas all day long! Not to mention, I also have a matching cardigan, skirt, and swing top in navy that my husband gave me for Christmas and they are just the perfect pieces for any occasion. I love how versatile these clothes are - I can rock them at work, out with my friends, or even for a fancy night out. And the best part? They are a breeze to take care of, I just toss them in the wash and they come out looking brand spanking new. I can't even contain my excitement about filling up my entire closet with these fabulous pieces!
comfortable clothing, pilling issue
I bought some clothes from this brand not too long ago and at first, I was super happy with how comfy and well-made they were. But now that I've worn them a bunch of times, I'm starting to notice some pilling happening on the fabric. And it's not like I've had them for ages or worn them a ton, only about 20 times each. They just don't seem to be holding up as well as I thought they would. They're still fine for lounging around the house, but I'm not so sure about wearing them out anymore like I do with my newer stuff. Especially considering how much I paid for these items, I expected them to last longer and be more durable.
Soft and comfy lounge pants
These lounge pants are seriously the best! I have a couple pairs from this brand and they're always my first choice for hanging out at home or doing stuff around town. The fabric is super soft and comfy, and the fit is just right. I can't say enough good things about them!
Soft and comfortable loungewear
I just wanted to share how much I love the loungewear I bought recently. It's so soft and comfy, feels like I'm walking around in a cloud whenever I wear it. The quality is really great, but I have to admit, the prices are a little steep for what you're getting. And it's kind of a bummer that even though the company says they're size-inclusive, they don't really have options for different body types. It's frustrating that they just brush off requests for better fit, telling people to just get alterations.

I was actually pretty happy with how soft and comfy the clothes felt at first, but after washing and wearing them a few times, I started to notice they were getting all pilled and snagged. They ended up being better for just chilling at home than actually going out in. I reached out to the company, but sadly, they never got back to me. I just got this long sleeve crew in Navy from this brand and let me tell you, I am blown away by how good it is! The fabric is top-notch and it's super comfy to wear all day long. It's so stylish and goes with everything, it's perfect for both everyday wear and when you're on the go. I'm honestly thinking about getting it in more colors because I just can't get enough of it. I had a really good experience ordering from this store. Everything went smoothly, the shipping was quick, and they kept me updated throughout. But, I think it might not be fair to only offer an extra discount to app users. Not everyone is into technology or can use apps easily. It would be better if all customers, whether they use the app or not, could get the same discounts.
