Easy online checkout
I had a really good experience ordering from this store. Everything went smoothly, the shipping was quick, and they kept me updated throughout. But, I think it might not be fair to only offer an extra discount to app users. Not everyone is into technology or can use apps easily. It would be better if all customers, whether they use the app or not, could get the same discounts.
Stylish and comfortable clothing
The fabric, style, and fit of the clothes I got from your store are really top-notch. I'm blown away by how comfy and chic everything is. I loved my first purchase so much that I didn't even think twice about ordering more.
comfortable clothing, pilling issue
I bought some clothes from this brand not too long ago and at first, I was super happy with how comfy and well-made they were. But now that I've worn them a bunch of times, I'm starting to notice some pilling happening on the fabric. And it's not like I've had them for ages or worn them a ton, only about 20 times each. They just don't seem to be holding up as well as I thought they would. They're still fine for lounging around the house, but I'm not so sure about wearing them out anymore like I do with my newer stuff. Especially considering how much I paid for these items, I expected them to last longer and be more durable.
Refund processing
I contacted the company about getting my money back, and I was happy they were quick to respond and process my refund. But gotta be real, the product just didn't live up to what I was hoping for. My suggestion is to check out their refund policy before you go ahead and buy anything.
