    Upon my initial interaction with this company, I must admit that my experience with ordering hair was quite disappointing. Despite receiving confirmation that my order went through successfully, I later found out that my payment couldn't be verified, even though the purchase had been deducted from my account. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times via email, phone calls, and the chat system, but unfortunately, I didn't get any responses regarding the status of my order. This left me feeling frustrated and like my concerns were being ignored. On top of that, I continued to receive advertising messages even after opting out, which only added to my dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving. It has been a frustrating and unproductive process, and I'm starting to question if there are real people behind the scenes who can help with customer issues. Overall, my initial experience with this company didn't meet my expectations and left me wanting more from their service.

    Ripped off on overseas plan

    So, like, 7 months ago, I was getting ready for this really cool trip overseas, you know? And I went to the store to get my plan upgraded so I could use my phone outside the US. But, they ended up charging me an extra $100 PER MONTH! And I barely even used my phone - just a few texts and calls at the beginning. After that, nothing! I was stuck on wi-fi the whole time. Then, when I got back, they said I used up all my data. Like, how is that possible? I was on wi-fi the whole time, come on! What a total rip off, man! But you know what? When the order arrived, the AirTags weren't included even though they were shown in the pictures (I must've missed the info in the FAQ, oops). I tried reaching out to cancel my order via email, but no response. Same deal with the online chat (supposed to hear back in 2 business days). After a couple of weeks, the package finally arrived from China. And let me tell you, the quality is awful - the carbon is actually just plastic and the leather is fake. Don't get scammed like I did, guys!

    I've had the Series 2 collar on my dog for over 2 years now and I have to say, it's been a really good investment. My pup wears it all the time and I find the sleep and activity info super helpful. The collar has come in handy when my dog has managed to escape, it really does work just like they said it would. The battery life has been consistent and I like how easy it is to set up with the base, especially when we're on vacation. Right now, I don't see a reason to switch to the Series 3 collar. I haven't had any major problems with it, so I think it's best to focus on the good things about the product.

    I was scammed for 19 months by these sneaky folks who were charging my card $75 every month for something I never wanted or agreed to! I even explained that I retired due to my poor eyesight and couldn't really use my computer much anymore, but they didn't care! They did refund me for 6 months of the charges, but I'm still out over $1,000 from my savings. Ugh, stay away from these people, they're like thieves but even more sly!

    I had a really bad time trying to get in touch with anyone at that place. I sent them a bunch of emails asking about my order and never got a response. To make matters worse, when I checked my account, I didn't see any record of my purchase. Luckily, my order did finally show up after a whole 7 days, but it was super annoying not knowing what was going on. The product itself was pretty good, so I gave it an okay rating for quality and price. But man, their customer service was terrible - they need to work on that before I can give them a better rating.
