Pet tracking collar
I just bought a pet tracking collar from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how it turned out. It didn't meet my expectations at all and didn't hold up to other products like the Apple AirTag. I was really hoping for a reliable and accurate collar, but this one just didn't cut it.

Series 2 collar purchase
I've had the Series 2 collar on my dog for over 2 years now and I have to say, it's been a really good investment. My pup wears it all the time and I find the sleep and activity info super helpful. The collar has come in handy when my dog has managed to escape, it really does work just like they said it would. The battery life has been consistent and I like how easy it is to set up with the base, especially when we're on vacation. Right now, I don't see a reason to switch to the Series 3 collar. I haven't had any major problems with it, so I think it's best to focus on the good things about the product.
Pet activity tracker
I was really excited to try out this pet activity tracker I ordered from this store, but it ended up being a letdown. I thought it would do a great job of keeping track of my pet's activity levels and comparing them to mine. However, I was disappointed to find out that it always showed my pet covering more ground than I saw with my own eyes. I wished it had a more detailed system for different types of activities, not just counting steps. I also missed not having features like a weekly stats or a daily best tracker, which I think would have been helpful with all the info it collects. The website's customer service wasn't that great either, not very helpful. On the bright side, the battery life was pretty good and it did push me to make sure my pet got more exercise, but unless it can accurately trace my pet's route and give me more info on speed and distance, I probably wouldn't buy it again.
Series 2 Collars
I bought three Series 2 collars a couple of years back, and now two of them are completely busted - won't charge or reset. I tried to get an upgrade to Series 3, but after how crummy the Series 2 ones were, I wasn't feeling it. I wanted a refund for the rest of my prepaid service, but they were trying to deny me. They really need to work on their customer service policies before I ever think about dealing with them again.
Collar & subscription purchase
I've been using the collar and subscription for almost three months now, and honestly, my experience with their customer service has been really disappointing. It took them a whole three weeks just to process a refund for a collar exchange, even when I followed all their specific instructions. And forget about getting a quick response to any questions - usually takes about a week if you're lucky. Plus, if you have an open ticket, chances are it's just going to get ignored and then automatically closed without a resolution, according to their own customer service rep. It's super frustrating and just not reliable at all, so I definitely wouldn't count on their customer service for any help.
