I recently placed an order for some medal farming and hangar upgrades for Helldivers 2, and I have to say the service was awesome! The customer support on discord was super quick to respond and really helpful. The pro who did the work finished everything in less than 24 hours and even leveled up my account more than I expected - 15 extra levels! Talk about going above and beyond! The pricing was very reasonable, competitive, and definitely more affordable than other similar services. I would give them a 5 out of 5 rating and definitely recommend them to others!

Graduation announcements
I really wish I would've checked out the reviews before buying stuff from this store. I got some graduation announcements that were all messed up, but I didn't even realize it until after the 30-day return policy was over. When I reached out to customer service about it, they straight up said no to giving me a refund. It's pretty disappointing that they wouldn't even try to make things right or offer some kind of compensation for their mistake. I'd recommend others to be careful if they decide to order from this store.

Cooktop purchase
The service at R C Willey was really good. Hi Dang helped us out a lot with our account. But, I gotta be honest, the Bosch cooktop we bought hasn't been great. It works fine, but the burners are too high. My wife keeps burning her arm on the edge of the pan when she stirs. She got four burns in one night - not cool. Also, when it was installed, they forgot to put in the new gas line. So they had to come back another day to finish the job. It was a pain. We would've preferred to get the Thermador cooktop for an extra $900. It would've been a better fit for us. But we couldn't find a granite cutter to make the opening bigger. That was a letdown. Maybe R C Willey should think about hiring a granite cutter in the future to avoid these issues for other customers.

I’ve ordered from them a handful of times and this time is the last straw. They always mess up the order. And this time they didn’t deliver 3 out of the 5 dresses. When I tried to tell them I never received them. They basically told me I was a liar and told me to go to my post office.
