Trainers
I recently bought a pair of sneakers from the store, but things went south with the delivery. The UPS tracking system said the package got damaged and was sent back to the warehouse before it even reached me. I reached out to customer service, but they told me I wouldn't get a refund until they got the item back, even though I never got it in the first place. It's been three weeks and I still haven't heard anything. The lack of communication and the unhelpful customer service have really let me down. I'm out of money and time because of this mess, and I'm really not happy with how the company has handled everything.

I've been buying Revolution for my cats from this online pet med store for about 6-7 years now and I gotta say, I've never had any problems with my orders. The medication always comes through, works like a charm, and keeps my kitties bug-free and healthy. I'm honestly shocked to see some bad reviews cause my experiences have always been good and dependable.

Foundation and lipstick
I just bought some stuff at SPACE NK and let me tell you, the customer service there is top notch! The staff, especially Charlotte, really go above and beyond for their customers. Charlotte helped me find the best foundation and lipstick, she really listened to what I wanted and gave me great recommendations. She was so polite, thorough, and super helpful. It's rare to find this kind of service these days, but it's obvious that SPACE NK values their customers and hires employees who truly care.

Cooktop purchase
The service at R C Willey was really good. Hi Dang helped us out a lot with our account. But, I gotta be honest, the Bosch cooktop we bought hasn't been great. It works fine, but the burners are too high. My wife keeps burning her arm on the edge of the pan when she stirs. She got four burns in one night - not cool. Also, when it was installed, they forgot to put in the new gas line. So they had to come back another day to finish the job. It was a pain. We would've preferred to get the Thermador cooktop for an extra $900. It would've been a better fit for us. But we couldn't find a granite cutter to make the opening bigger. That was a letdown. Maybe R C Willey should think about hiring a granite cutter in the future to avoid these issues for other customers.

Retro dresses
I’ve ordered from them a handful of times and this time is the last straw. They always mess up the order. And this time they didn’t deliver 3 out of the 5 dresses. When I tried to tell them I never received them. They basically told me I was a liar and told me to go to my post office.
