Moroccan Argon oil serum
I was really impressed with this company and how fast they responded to my order. They were so efficient with handling the purchase, and they even gave me lots of contact information in case I needed help, which I thought was great. The shipment was sent out right away and got to me in no time. The packaging was really good and made sure my product arrived in perfect shape. And let's talk about the product itself - the Moroccan Argon oil serum is amazing. It's like a miracle worker for wrinkles, especially those annoying neck wrinkles, and it leaves my skin feeling so rejuvenated and glowing. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I normally don’t send any reviews on any products I buy, however much great their service is but for ecosmetics I’ll gladly do it for them. Ecosmetics is an excellent on line retail store for brand name cosmetics and what prompted me to do this review is the very prompt delivery of the well wrapped cosmetics sealed inside the box reflects their care to the details of their service to the customers. I’m one of those so hard to please customers but here I’m pitching for the integrity of Ecosmetics. BTW, this is my 2nd buy from them.
Fragrance and makeup purchase
eCosmetics has become my favorite place to buy beauty products. They have a great variety of fragrances, makeup, skincare, and hair care that really stand out. What I like the most is that they offer products that are hard to find in the US. For example, they have Atelier cologne, which can't be found here anymore, and Clarins skin illusion foundation, which is not easy to find in North America. Their unique selection makes eCosmetics different from other online beauty stores.
Cologne
I have to say, I'm really impressed with my experience so far. I love that I got my UPS tracking number right after I placed my order, it really put my mind at ease knowing where my package was. And the prices for my favorite Cologne were unbeatable, such a good deal for such great products.
Skincare products
Hey, if you're gonna say there's free shipping over a certain amount, just tell us what that amount is, okay? I was trying to get enough skincare stuff to hit that limit, but then they said I had already gone over it and needed to buy more. Like, really? Can't stand all these mixed signals. Shopping was definitely not clear or easy, that's for sure.

I just bought a cream that I've been searching for everywhere, and I was so excited to finally find it on this online shop. The price was good, and the customer service was quick and really nice. Even though I chose faster shipping, it didn't seem to make a big difference in delivery time, probably because of weekends and USPS. But all in all, I was really happy with my experience and will definitely be buying from this store again.

I just picked up this amazing perfume from this place and I am so impressed! The shipping was unbelievably fast - seriously, like lightning fast! The packaging looks really nice, it kinda makes me feel like I'm receiving a luxurious gift (even though it's just for me, haha!). And the way it was all wrapped up - it's like a gift within a gift! I'm so excited to unwrap it and smell like a million bucks!

I had a great experience ordering online with Hailey, the manager. She was so nice and helpful, guiding me through the process. The prices for Oribe products were really good and I'm excited to buy from them again!
Online order for my mom
I bought something for my mom online, but then there was a mix-up with a subscription thing for the next few months. This girl Cecelia was super nice and helped fix everything! I'm pretty sure we'll be ordering more stuff from them again in the future.

I just bought some skincare stuff from an online makeup shop and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how it all went down. The website was easy to use, so I had no trouble finding what I needed. easy website, out of stock items, misleading discounts
I'm a customer of this online cosmetics store, and I gotta say, the website's pretty easy to use and find your way around. I liked the discounts they had going on, but it was a bummer to see a lot of stuff out of stock. And let me tell you, the color choices were pretty limited, which was kind of annoying. They were all about that "EVERYTHING 30% OFF" promo, but turns out, not everything was actually on sale. It would've been nice to have clearer info on what was really discounted.

Inconsistent Product Quality
I bought some stuff from an online store the other day and, man, I was pretty disappointed. The Chanel Mascara I got dried up way too fast, the Jo Malone Cream smelled weird, and the Alba Body Wash messed up my skin. I tried to return them but dealing with customer service was a huge pain.

I found the website pretty easy to get around, but I did have some trouble with the continue button. I had to keep pressing it a few times before I could move on to the next step of my order, which was kind of annoying. Still, I managed to find what I was looking for without too much trouble.
