Fence repair materials purchase
My recent experience with ordering stuff online from the store was a total bummer. I picked next day delivery for some fence repair materials I needed, but when I called to check on the status, it turns out my order wasn't even in their system. It took a bunch of tries and making a big deal before they finally found my order. And then, to top it off, they wanted to deliver it at 3 in the morning, which messed up my work crew's plans big time. All in all, I was left feeling super frustrated and let down by the whole situation.

The folks handling customer service at this company are actually not based in the US, which has made it tough to have clear communication with them. It all led to a mix-up with my autopay and a not-so-great encounter with a rep who ended up charging me more for a service problem. Because of this whole ordeal, I've made up my mind to switch carriers once I've finished paying for my devices and return that new line I got recently.

Who in their right mind decided to have dudes model women's clothes on the internet? It's basically disrespecting the ladies who are supposed to be buying and wearing these clothes. I used to really enjoy shopping at that place, but now I can't even picture those outfits on a real woman. It's a bummer because I used to be a regular there, but I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to shop.

The lady I talked to was super nice, really helpful, and even asked for my doc's Saturday hours to speed things up. Five days later, my contacts showed up at my door. The coolest part was that paying a little extra for faster shipping was only 3 bucks more than the regular shipping cost - a nice surprise. The way they hustled to get my order processed so quickly and with such care was seriously impressive, and now I'm definitely sticking with AC Lens for all my contact lens needs.

Broken watch
So, I ordered this watch and when it came, it was broken. I was really disappointed, but when I contacted customer service, they were quick to respond. They asked me to send the watch back (which I had to pay for, but they said they would refund me) and I did that. Now my watch is stuck in customs and they're not responding to my emails or chats. It's frustrating because the watch looked great and the packaging was awesome, but their customer service is nonexistent. I guess I'll have to reach out to my credit card company to get my money back. Lesson learned, don't buy from them unless you're okay with losing your money. Oh, and their email address doesn't even work. Ugh.

Unflavored protein powder purchase
I was so bummed about the unflavored protein powder I bought. I was hoping it would be super flexible and blend up easily with all kinds of drinks, but it turned out to be a total bummer with this nasty sour flavor that was nearly impossible to handle. No matter how many times I gave it a good shake in my bottle, it would just get all foamy and taste even worse. Wish I had checked out those negative reviews before pulling the trigger on this purchase – seems like a ton of the good ones were totally bogus. Can't imagine anyone actually liking that taste. Gave it one shot and never touched it again.
