    Recently, I had a bad experience with booking a trip for my mom and son. Even though they were supposed to have seats together, they ended up being separated right before the flight. It was super stressful and inconvenient. The staff didn't really care about the situation, which was frustrating. On top of that, trying to get help from customer service was a nightmare - long waits and unhelpful answers. And when I found out the airline is having money problems and struggling with customer service, it just made things even worse. This whole ordeal was just totally unacceptable and really let me down.

    Jet Business Class flights

    I recently flew from London Heathrow to Delhi and then Mumbai back to London Heathrow in Jet Airways Premier Class. Our return flight ended up getting canceled, so we were rebooked on a morning flight because of some financial issues the airline was having. The in-flight entertainment system was kind of outdated and slow, and I had some trouble with my seat and a few things in the cabin that weren't working properly. But, despite those issues, the food was delicious and the staff was really attentive, which made the whole experience more pleasant. Overall, I think I'd still prefer Jet Airways Premier over British Airways Club for their service.

    Flight denied boarding

    I was super pumped for my trip to London, but when I got to the airport, they wouldn't let me board because the flight was packed! Can you believe that? I had to wait around for almost 4 hours before they finally put me on another flight. No one even said sorry or tried to make up for the hassle. I reached out to customer service, but they were no help at all and just gave me some bogus excuse about overbooking. It was so annoying and such a letdown. I doubt I'll ever fly with them again. And to top it off, I heard they cancel flights all the time because they don't have enough pilots, which is just crazy. Talk about unprofessional!

    Flight experience

    This airline was just awful from beginning to end. Their website was so hard to use, and checking in online was a total headache. The food on the plane was hardly even edible, and way too expensive. The flight was a disaster with delays all the time and no sense of being on time. I couldn't figure out their rules at all, they were so confusing and not helpful. The customer service was the absolute worst I've ever had, the employees were so unhelpful and mean. I wouldn't even give them one star - they need to close up shop and do something else. Definitely steer clear of this airline at all costs.

    Cancelled flight, bad customer service

    I was waiting to go on this really fun trip and then the airline cancels my flight without even letting me know until 3 weeks later! They sent me a link for a refund but of course, it doesn't even work. And let's not even talk about their awful customer service - they don't respond to emails at all and calling them is just a waste of money. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to get my money back. I really hope this airline goes out of business so no one else has to deal with their sketchy ways!

    Cancelled flight, poor customer service

    My recent experience with an airline was absolutely terrible. I was booked on a flight from one city to another, but they cancelled it less than two weeks before I was supposed to travel. I had to scramble to find a new flight because the airline didn't offer a suitable alternative as they're supposed to by law. What made it even worse was that I had to wait on hold for a total of five hours before I could actually talk to someone at customer service. The lack of communication and support from them has left me feeling frustrated and out of money. I had no other option but to book a new, more expensive flight with a different airline. Needless to say, I won't be flying with them ever again.

    Flight booking trouble

    I was really looking forward to my trip to India, but everything got messed up when my flight got canceled on the day I was supposed to leave. I tried reaching out to the airline, but they weren't helpful at all. To make matters worse, they even kept some of my money, which really upset me. Missing my brother's wedding because of their actions was the worst part. I definitely won't be booking with them in the future, and I recommend that you avoid booking with them too.

    I had a really terrible experience with the airline recently. I booked a flight with them, but at the last minute, they canceled it, leaving me in a tough spot trying to find another way to get where I needed to go. It not only messed up my plans, but it also ended up being a lot more expensive for me to find another flight with a different airline. The way they handled the situation and didn't take responsibility for it is just not right. And the fact that they were still letting people book flights even though they were having financial problems says a lot about how they do business.

    The airline suddenly cancelled my flights without saying anything beforehand. The office in Jullander was shut down, so all of us travelers were stuck and needed help getting back home. I had to buy new tickets on my own, spending $2000 for my daughter and me. We even had to figure out how to get to Delhi airport because there were no flights from Amritsar. Plus, we had to wait in Istanbul airport for 12 hours before catching our next flight the next day. To make matters worse, we had to pay for our own meals and we were incredibly stressed and anxious because of the out-of-the-blue flight cancellations.

    Canceled flight, refund issue

    The company went bankrupt, and it messed up my flight plans. I got an email saying my flight was canceled just a week before I was supposed to leave. The email had a link to request a refund, but it didn't have my E-ticket number. Without that number, I couldn't log in to ask for my money back. It felt like they left it out on purpose, making everything more irritating and inconvenient.

    Flight booking disappointment

    I'm really, really disappointed with my recent flight booking experience. The airline made their flight times seem so good that I had to book with them. But then they went and canceled parts of my flights at the last minute, leaving me stuck and annoyed in India.     I had a flight with y'all that got canceled last minute for some random reason about medical stuff, but that was totally wrong. My folks were stuck and had to buy a last-minute flight with a different airline. It's been like a month since I asked for a refund, but I still haven't gotten it. Every time I call customer service, they just keep telling me there's some tech issue and to wait another 10 days. This wait and lack of info is not cool at all and has me feeling really annoyed and ticked off. Overall, not a good experience with your airline.

    I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my flights cancelled by the airline without any explanation. Two weeks before our departure, I received an email informing me of the cancellation, leaving me and my companion in a tough spot. To make matters worse, the airline failed to communicate or provide a reason for the cancellation. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email, we never heard back. This led me to contact my credit card company to try and get a refund, which I am still waiting on.     My experience with this airline was terrible. They left my son stranded in Thailand when his flight back to the UK was canceled, and they didn't even bother to explain why. It was awful because my son had saved up for this trip and now he was stuck in a foreign country with no way home. I tried calling them multiple times, but no one answered. The online refund form was no help either, almost like they were trying to cheat customers who paid for a service they didn't get. I had to figure it out myself, as a worried mother, to bring my son back home from so far away. The way this airline showed no care or responsibility really upset me.

    Ticket booking experience

    My recent experience trying to book tickets was super frustrating. Every time I tried to reserve seats, they got canceled for no reason. When I called customer service for help, they were not professional and tried to charge me way too much money. They kept saying the tickets were sold out, but I could still see them available online.     International flight booking

    My experience with this airline was a total nightmare. I booked a flight to go international with them, but then they changed the time at the last minute without telling me. Because of that, I missed my next flight and it caused a lot of problems for me and messed up my travel plans. When I called to deal with the problem, the customer service people were really unhelpful and rude. They didn't give me any help or solutions, and they wouldn't even give me my money back for the mess they made. The fact that this airline won't take any responsibility for what happened is just unbelievable. I really suggest everyone stay away from flying with them.

    Lost luggage

    I can't believe what went down with my luggage! Like, how could they lose $3000 worth of my stuff and then act like I don't exist when I'm trying to get it back? It's been two months of non-stop stress and annoyance, and all they offered was $500 as compensation, but I can't even get it because they won't communicate with me! And don't even get me started on how they wouldn't cooperate with my insurance company when they tried to help. Seriously, it was the absolute worst. I'm never flying with them again, and I suggest you don't either.

    Booking return ticket for sister

    I tried to get my sister a return ticket using my debit card, but she couldn't get on the plane because she didn't have a paper authorization letter, even though I sent it by email and she showed it on WhatsApp. When I asked for a refund, customer service said I was penalized for missing the flight, and I ended up losing around INR 60,000.
