Golf ball purchase
The online store didn't have much stuff to choose from, and the customer service was nowhere to be found. I had a problem with my order, but when I tried to get some help, they didn't respond and didn't want to help me. Basically, dealing with this company was a letdown and super annoying.

Double charged order, difficult cancellation process
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I placed an order on a Saturday and realized I was charged twice for the same item. I quickly emailed customer service to cancel one charge, but didn't hear back for a few days. When they finally responded, it was too late to stop the shipment. The lack of communication and unhelpful response was frustrating and made me feel misled. Returning the duplicate order seemed complicated and I was worried I wouldn't get a full refund. It was hard to get in touch with a representative, which only made things worse. The website was also badly designed and slow, making it difficult to find what I needed. I would advise others to steer clear of this company because of their poor service and questionable practices.

Mixbook is my favorite place to make custom yearbooks. Their editor is super easy to use and you can customize it however you want. I really love how amazing the final product looks, and I always keep an eye out for their sales so I can get the best deal. The prices are really affordable, so it's a no-brainer for me to keep using Mixbook for all my photo book needs.

The ordering process with Lensabl took a little longer than expected, but I'm glad they took the time to make sure everything was just right. The customer service team was really fast at getting back to me and keeping me updated on the status of my order. I'd suggest uploading your prescription early for future orders to speed things up. Once they had all the right info, my order came right on time. Overall, I'm happy with how everything turned out.

Self-tanning mousse
I just got myself the self-tanning mousse from St. Tropez, and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how it turned out. It was easy to put on and dried fast without any streaks or orange spots. The color came out great, giving me a nice sun-kissed look. What’s even better is that the tan lasted for days and faded evenly. Plus, the smell was nice and not too strong compared to other self-tanners I’ve used before. All in all, I’m super satisfied with my buy and I’ll definitely be getting it again.

Recent online purchase
My recent shopping online totally sucked. I ordered a bunch of stuff and then got slammed with an extra delivery charge, even though I bought a ton of items. And then they told me they could only deliver to some pick-up spot, not my house. When I figured out the sizes were wrong and needed to send stuff back, I couldn't believe they wanted me to foot the bill for return shipping. No chance for an exchange or to just drop it off at the store. It was just all around a huge hassle and super annoying.

I bought some fishing gear online not too long ago. Most of it showed up pretty quickly, but one item got held up because it was coming from a different warehouse. I waited a bit, but when I didn't hear anything, I called customer service. The person I talked to was really nice and told me what was going on. They said they'd send me a different item to make up for the delay, and it showed up not long after. Can't wait to use it next time I go fishing!

I ordered this really cool thing back in October, but man, it's taking forever to show up. I've been annoying them so much for updates, and now there's literally no info on where my order is! Terrible software experience
I can't deal with this software, I swear! My computer crashed, so I had to reinstall this crazy expensive software. But get this - no download links, no email addresses in sight, and my login didn't even work! It was a complete disaster. And when I finally reached out to someone, they basically said too bad, so sad! They wanted me to cough up more money just to get a new one if my install failed after 2 years. No chance! What a scam!

Fresh ingredients, minimal packaging waste
The food was really fresh, just like they said it would be. I liked that they didn't use a bunch of extra packaging. They even had a little tray inside the box to keep all the ingredients organized, which made it super easy to stick in the fridge. One thing they could improve on is maybe having some different ingredient options listed on the recipe cards in case you can't find one of them at the store. I had to reach out to customer service while I was cooking, but the person I talked to couldn't really help me out. Still, I really thought the recipe cards were great and I plan on hanging onto them for later.

Women's Complete vitamin purchase
I got the Women's Complete vitamins and the customer service was really great. They fixed an issue with my order super fast. After using the vitamins for a month, my nails started looking healthier. But I found out they have a lot of sugar, which was a bummer. Even after washing off the sugary coating, the gummies were still too sweet for me. I think they could lower the sugar without changing the taste. Also, the vitamins were sticky and hard to get out of the container, so I gave them 4 stars.

Jacket purchase
I really didn't like dealing with this company. I ordered a jacket online, and man did it take forever for them to ship it! I tried giving them a call, but none of the numbers I found worked. Then, I sent them an email, but they never bothered to reply. I even messaged them on social media, but it felt like no one was there on the other end. They were quick to take my money, but when it came to actually helping me out, they were beyond useless. I had to end up canceling my order through my credit card company because I couldn't get a hold of them. Seriously, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Perfect condition car, low fuel consumption
The car was in really good shape and didn't use up much gas. I had a good time with it and I'd totally rent it again. But man, I ran into some problems with Getaround Connect. It kept hitting me with errors like "can't connect to the car" when I tried to use it, so I had to hit "try again" a bunch of times. Plus, finding a spot to park in the Barceloneta area when I was returning the car was a real pain.
