New guitar purchase
I bought a new guitar, but it turned out to be a used one! It had scratches and some missing parts. The flame maple finish was barely visible and had some weird streaks. I tried to reach out to proaudiostar, but I haven't heard back from them. Definitely not planning on buying from them again!

Double charged order, difficult cancellation process
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I placed an order on a Saturday and realized I was charged twice for the same item. I quickly emailed customer service to cancel one charge, but didn't hear back for a few days. When they finally responded, it was too late to stop the shipment. The lack of communication and unhelpful response was frustrating and made me feel misled. Returning the duplicate order seemed complicated and I was worried I wouldn't get a full refund. It was hard to get in touch with a representative, which only made things worse. The website was also badly designed and slow, making it difficult to find what I needed. I would advise others to steer clear of this company because of their poor service and questionable practices.

Mixbook is my favorite place to make custom yearbooks. Their editor is super easy to use and you can customize it however you want. I really love how amazing the final product looks, and I always keep an eye out for their sales so I can get the best deal. The prices are really affordable, so it's a no-brainer for me to keep using Mixbook for all my photo book needs.

Cancelled flight, bad customer service
I was waiting to go on this really fun trip and then the airline cancels my flight without even letting me know until 3 weeks later! They sent me a link for a refund but of course, it doesn't even work. And let's not even talk about their awful customer service - they don't respond to emails at all and calling them is just a waste of money. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to get my money back. I really hope this airline goes out of business so no one else has to deal with their sketchy ways!

I got this dog odor eliminator but honestly, I don't think it's working. Even after keeping it running for 2 weeks, I can still smell my dogs. It hasn't made any difference at all and I'm pretty bummed about it.

Creating my photo book was really easy and user-friendly. The final product turned out great, and I thought it was worth the slightly higher price. This was actually my fourth time using this company, and I can't wait to start on my next project. If I had to give one piece of feedback, I'd say they could improve by adding more flexibility to the zoom feature for more precise adjustments.

Discreet product ordering
If you're wanting a company that really values your privacy, this is probably not the one you're looking for. They don't seem to care much about following HIPAA rules and keep putting private info right in the subject lines of emails and texts, even after I've asked them to knock it off a bunch of times. It's pretty sad to watch a company that used to do a good job start to go downhill so fast and not even worry about keeping their customers' info safe.

I bought some fishing gear online not too long ago. Most of it showed up pretty quickly, but one item got held up because it was coming from a different warehouse. I waited a bit, but when I didn't hear anything, I called customer service. The person I talked to was really nice and told me what was going on. They said they'd send me a different item to make up for the delay, and it showed up not long after. Can't wait to use it next time I go fishing!

Product usability in professional settings
The biggest thing that needs to happen is adding a feature that lets me open a new Shift window. Right now, when I'm meeting with clients on Google Meet or Hangouts using Shift, it's not as smooth to share tabs like it is on Zoom. I have to go through extra steps, like opening another Chrome window and logging into the right Gmail account, just to share my presentation slides. It really slows down the conversation and makes it harder to stay productive during those important client meetings.

Fresh ingredients, minimal packaging waste
The food was really fresh, just like they said it would be. I liked that they didn't use a bunch of extra packaging. They even had a little tray inside the box to keep all the ingredients organized, which made it super easy to stick in the fridge. One thing they could improve on is maybe having some different ingredient options listed on the recipe cards in case you can't find one of them at the store. I had to reach out to customer service while I was cooking, but the person I talked to couldn't really help me out. Still, I really thought the recipe cards were great and I plan on hanging onto them for later.

I really didn't like dealing with this company. I ordered a jacket online, and man did it take forever for them to ship it! I tried giving them a call, but none of the numbers I found worked. Then, I sent them an email, but they never bothered to reply. I even messaged them on social media, but it felt like no one was there on the other end. They were quick to take my money, but when it came to actually helping me out, they were beyond useless. I had to end up canceling my order through my credit card company because I couldn't get a hold of them. Seriously, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Perfect condition car, low fuel consumption
The car was in really good shape and didn't use up much gas. I had a good time with it and I'd totally rent it again. But man, I ran into some problems with Getaround Connect. It kept hitting me with errors like "can't connect to the car" when I tried to use it, so I had to hit "try again" a bunch of times. Plus, finding a spot to park in the Barceloneta area when I was returning the car was a real pain.
