Ticket purchase for Mark 'Billy' Billingham event
This company said they'd make it easy to get a refund if an event got canceled, but when my event got canceled, it was a total nightmare. The first time, I had to go through a bunch of hoops before finally getting my full refund after weeks of going back and forth. The second time, they showed their true colors by claiming bankruptcy and leaving a lot of us customers high and dry with no sign of a refund. It's really awful how they handled everything, leaving us all feeling lost and frustrated. After looking into it, I found out that I wasn't the only one having trouble getting my money back. Luckily, my bank is stepping in and there's a little hope of getting my money back now. I'd definitely recommend steering clear of this company and their shady practices to save yourself the trouble.
Mexico Cabo Trip
This company is a total scam! I scheduled a trip to Mexico back in February, but it got pushed back to November. They promised a refund, but I never got it. I've tried reaching out through email, Instagram, and Facebook multiple times, but they never answer. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare. I'm out $999 and they haven't said a word.
Event tickets purchase
I bought tickets for an event from this company, but it got canceled. It's been months now, and still no refund. I've emailed their customer service multiple times with no reply. It's really frustrating to have no communication or money back. I wouldn't suggest using this company after my experience.

These shoes are amazing! The color is great and they are super comfortable. I wore them to school and all my friends were super jealous.
Festival Ibiza Spirit reservation
I planned a trip to the Ibiza Spirit festival with my two friends in February 2022, which included a hotel reservation. Unfortunately, the event got canceled because of Covid, just a month before it was supposed to happen. I followed the company's instructions to get a refund by submitting a request on their website. They sent me an email saying that the refund process had started and that I should get my money back in 5-7 business days. But it's been over a year now, and I haven't seen that 3,900€ in my bank account. This lack of response and failure to keep their word is really frustrating. I'm disappointed with how they're handling this situation.
Weekend music festival package
I bought tickets to a music festival for the weekend and it was a total letdown. The price was way too high compared to other festivals I've been to with similar packages. The place they set us up in was not great - the hotel rooms were dirty and falling apart, making our stay pretty unpleasant. And to top it off, the transportation they provided wasn't reliable at all. We got stranded several times and missed out on some of the festival fun. Overall, dealing with this company was a big disappointment and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. I feel like I wasted my money and got taken advantage of.
Music festival experience
The music festival was absolutely amazing for me and my buddies. The lineup was killer, and the vibes were off the charts. We really loved the headliner's show and how they got everyone hyped. The venue was big and had all the stuff we needed, so we could easily check out all the stages. But man, the lack of transportation to and from the festival was a real pain, especially for folks staying close by. It would be awesome if they could set up better transportation for next time, and maybe throw in some extra things to do in between sets to keep us all entertained.

I got scammed when I bought tickets for the Neon J Balvin concert in Punta Cana. The event got canceled a week before, and the company didn't give refunds or let us know what was going on. It's really disappointing that they still took our money even though they knew the concerts in 2022 would be canceled.
Weekend at a festival
Oh my goodness, my weekend at that festival was amazing! It was super well-organized and the bar service was top-notch, even with the huge crowd. My best friend had a small issue with her wristband, but the folks at Pollen in Malta fixed it right up as soon as we arrived.

The event was so well put together, everyone could really dive into each activity without feeling stressed or torn between different options. The way they scheduled everything, like having just one band perform at a time with quick breaks in between, really made the whole experience even better.

Yeah, so I got this shirt and jeans online, and when they came they were way too big. I reached out to the company, and they said I'd have my refund by the end of July. But now it's August and I still haven't seen anything. Anyone else run into this issue?
Weekend festival purchase
My experience ordering from Pollen was pretty good overall. They had a lot of options for things to do and try. The weekend festival I went to was tons of fun, and I loved all the cool merch they had for sale. But, I had a bad experience when they randomly canceled my order a few weeks before the event for no reason. It was super stressful, and by the time they fixed the issue, the boat party I really wanted to go to was already sold out. I missed my chance to meet this artist I was excited about, and Pollen didn't do anything to make up for it, which really rubbed me the wrong way.

I signed up for this festival and boat party with this company back in January 2022, but COVID came along and the event got axed. They promised to refund me promptly, but they took forever to even acknowledge my messages. It's been a year now, and for the last 5 months, they have completely ghosted me. I booked a tour to check out the streets in Amsterdam, but it got canceled. I've been trying to get my money back for two years now. I've sent a bunch of emails but still haven't heard anything back from them. It's really annoying and disappointing to be just ignored like this.

Pollen Travel Trippr cancelled our trip to the 2022 Cancun Just for Laughs event, and now we're stuck with non-refundable airline tickets and no hotel reservation. We gave them all the proof they needed, like our payment receipt, their 100% Money Back Guarantee, and the event cancellation confirmation, but they haven't given us our money back or even responded to our messages. It's really frustrating that they're changing their refund policy now, especially since we trusted it when we made our booking.

Going to Pollen was like a dream come true for me. Meeting new people, listening to great music, and soaking up the beautiful scenery made it an unforgettable experience. Refund delay
It's really frustrating when a company doesn't keep it real about giving refunds. I went through something like that when my event got canceled, and they said I'd get my money back by a certain date. But it's been months now, and I'm still waiting, no word from them at all. It's not cool to leave us customers hanging like that, especially right now when things are so rough. I had a really bad experience with TERMINAL V Berlin. I bought tickets for an event that got canceled not just once, but twice. It's been 7 months and I still haven't gotten my money back. I think it's not cool that this company hasn't done anything to fix this problem. The fact that they haven't kept in touch or been clear about what's going on is worrying, and it makes them look bad as a business.
