    DaBaby Cancún Trip

    We just want our money back sigh how can they take $3200+ from 4 people pretty much instantly but take up to 90 days to refund it after notifying us 36 days before the trip is planned to begin? We have booked our flights & paid for baggage which cost over $2000 not to mention clothes, appointments being booked paid for, passports bought, etc. This is a huge convenience. We just want our money back so we can book another resort because our trip is in 29 days and we don’t have a room to stay in because they’re holding our money that we would use to book another resort. It’s so hard to get in contact with them which is why we just chose to cancel the trip instead of rescheduling. It’s giving me Fyre Festival vibes and I don’t like that. If they don’t refund us by next Tuesday April 13th I will be reaching out to an attorney to go over our options. The fact that there isn’t a phone number leads me to believe this is a fraudulent website navigating as a legitimate one. I will never book a ‘festival’ through a website ever again. Terrible experience I would highly NOT RECOMMEND.
