Vacation booking experience
My husband and I just went on a vacation that was a total mess. We booked it through a travel agency, and things went downhill from there. Our first flight got delayed, so we ended up missing our connecting flight to Jamaica by just 3 minutes. We were running around the airport like crazy, following the advice of an airport worker, but we still got stuck waiting a whole day for the next available flight.

Online order delivery
I recently placed an order online, expecting it to be delivered to my house. Unfortunately, the delivery person ended up leaving it at the wrong address by mistake. Despite trying multiple times to fix the issue, the customer service team has been inefficient and hasn't followed through. Dealing with this incompetence is frustrating when all I wanted was my order on time. I'm very disappointed with the lack of service I've received. On top of that, communication has been even more difficult due to the language barrier with the customer service reps. I won't be using their services again in the future.

Ship to store order cancellation
So, I gotta tell you, my experience with this company was just terrible. I placed a ship to store order and out of nowhere they went and cancelled it. And get this, they didn't even bother to let me know they cancelled it, so I was totally lost trying to figure out what happened to my order. To top it off, I paid for it with a gift card and getting a refund was like pulling teeth. The way they treat their customers is just not okay. It's common decency to give customers a heads up if their orders are cancelled and get them their money back right away.

New razors disappointment
I was really excited about the idea of those new razors, but man, they were such a disappointment. It seems like they were cutting corners to save a few bucks because those razors are just terrible. They don't glide smoothly on my face and leave my skin feeling dry and irritated. After sticking with them for five years, I've had it and had to pull the plug on my subscription.

HMG Fenwick flyrod
Purchased a fly rod through Amazon. One of the blanks broke on a standard cast within the first three times of use. I had to reach out to customer service multiple times to get a response (very slow). They stated they didn't know if they could replace my rod as it was no longer being manufactured, although it was still under the year warranty. The product was junk to break that quickly and customer service was even worse. I contacted Pure Fishing corporate office and never heard anything.
