    Vacation booking

    I booked a vacation with this company and man, it was a complete disaster. The customer service was terrible and they totally ripped me off. Dealt with a canceled flight and they only gave me back a small portion of what they got from the airline. Can you believe that? They pocketed the rest of my money and wouldn't even own up to it. Avoid this company at all costs, they're just a bunch of scammers.

    Group vacation with shared double beds

    My recent experience with this travel company was really disappointing. I booked a group vacation for 10 people, asking for double beds because I was rooming with another lady. But when we got there, we were given a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa. It was totally not okay considering how much we paid. Plus, the resort was supposed to be child-free, but there were so many kids there that it was hard to relax. When I told the company about these issues, they only offered a $100 credit as an apology. I was not happy at all with the service and place we stayed at.

    Vacation booking experience

    My husband and I just went on a vacation that was a total mess. We booked it through a travel agency, and things went downhill from there. Our first flight got delayed, so we ended up missing our connecting flight to Jamaica by just 3 minutes. We were running around the airport like crazy, following the advice of an airport worker, but we still got stuck waiting a whole day for the next available flight.

    Travel booking trouble

    Even though I bought travel insurance, I ended up in a terrible situation trying to move my credit around, and I missed a close friend's wedding because of Covid. The customer service was no help at all, they lied about transferring my credit, and it left me feeling really frustrated and let down. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

    Trip cancellation due to Covid

    I had to cancel a trip that I booked with a travel agent not too long ago, and it cost me over $3,000. Unfortunately, because of Covid, they issued me credits instead of a refund. I didn't realize those credits had an expiration date until I tried to use them for a trip about a month after they expired.

    I booked my vacation through a travel agency that used a sketchy service to get my flight at a discounted price, but they forgot to save me any seats. It took forever to fix the mistake and I ended up stuck in some terrible seats on the plane. Trying to talk to the service people was a pain because of the long waits and unhelpful folks on the other end.

    Group Flight Reservation

    I recently made a group flight reservation through a travel agency and ran into a big issue with the booking. One of my group member's names needed to be changed, and when I contacted the travel agency about it, they said they would have to charge me the full airfare to make the change, despite the fact that I had trip insurance. Feeling frustrated and like I was being taken advantage of, I decided to contact the airline directly. To my surprise, American Airlines was able to change the name for just $50, a huge difference from the high charge that the travel agency wanted to hit me with. This whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth, and I was really unhappy with the inflexible and poor customer service from the travel agency. Needless to say, I won't be using their services in the future and will choose to book directly with the airline or a trustworthy travel agency instead.

    Trip cancellation issue

    I had a pretty bad experience with this company when I had to cancel my trip to Jamaica. The customer service folks weren't very helpful and seemed like they were avoiding talking to me. I had to file a complaint with the BBB before they finally decided to address my problems, but they only partially resolved the issue. I'm also a little worried because there's still not a lot of clarity about the charges and refunds. I'd advise others to think twice before booking with this company.

    Honeymoon booking

    I just booked our honeymoon through this travel agency and man, oh man, it was a total disaster. They not only messed up our trip to St. Lucia, but they straight up canceled our flight back home, leaving us stuck in a foreign land. The communication and organization from this company were terrible. I'm so disappointed with how they handled things and you better believe I'm gonna take legal action once we get back. This level of incompetence is just not okay with me, and I refuse to let it slide.

    Reservation troubles

    I tried to book a vacation online, but man, their website is terrible! I couldn't confirm my reservation, and then I noticed a charge on my card. The agent said the flight might be full and assured me there would be no charge. But guess what? They still charged me! I wasted so much time on the phone with a clueless agent who just kept giving me excuses. In the end, I had to bring my credit card company into it. Looks like I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB!

    Overpriced trip to Costa Rica

    Oh my gosh, our trip was such a letdown! We flew from DC to Liberia and the price was ridiculously high. We were expecting something fancy, but it was far from it. Our room was tiny, the beds were small, and there was no privacy with a see-through bathroom door. The all-inclusive resort was definitely low budget, with below average food and terrible drinks. The perks we were supposed to get were a total joke. We did some digging and realized we paid double the actual cost of the trip. When we reached out to the company for an explanation, they were no help at all. Stay away from this place, it's a total scam!

    Destination wedding trip

    I just booked a trip for my brother's wedding in September through this company. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with my last name on the flight booking, and now I might have to cancel and rebook, which means more money and a ton of stress. I tried to get them to fix it, but they said no, which is super frustrating. To make matters worse, my reservation disappeared from my online account, which makes me even more skeptical of them. The customer service has been really disappointing, and I'm not happy with how they've handled this whole thing.

    I just had the worst vacation ever! I decided to book an all-inclusive vacation package through a travel agent, but they used a really terrible company for their packages. We ended up in Punta Cana, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. The resort we stayed at was awful - dirty, rundown, and just a disaster. The staff at the front desk were so rude, the rooms were falling apart, and the food and drinks were terrible. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Overall, the whole experience was a disaster and I wouldn't recommend booking through this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

    Bed bug infestation at Grand Oasis Hotel

    My stay at the Grand Oasis Hotel was a total letdown. When we got there, the rooms we were given didn't match what we reserved - just one bed instead of the two we needed. And that was just the start of our problems. The worst part was finding out our room was full of bed bugs. It totally wrecked our trip and we had to toss out all our stuff to avoid bringing them home. The hotel staff hardly did a thing to help, and their customer service was terrible. From mix-ups with wristbands to room service being a no-go and the medical staff being unhelpful, the whole stay was a nightmare. I'm really not happy with how I was treated and the resort's false advertising. I'm asking for a full refund for this awful experience.

    Last-minute cancellation

    I had to cancel a reservation last minute with this company because of a family emergency. They wouldn't give me a refund, saying my reservation wasn't refundable. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I had to scramble to book with another airline. I would recommend being cautious before booking with them.

    Recent trip booking

    I just went on a trip with this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. Booking it was a breeze, customer service was super helpful, and they answered all my questions. Had to cancel last minute for reasons out of my control, but they were quick to help me out with that. Took a bit of time to get my money back, but I get it, these things can take time.     All-inclusive Adults-Only Resort Booking

    I just went on a trip to an all-inclusive, only-for-adults resort, but when I got there, I found out they had too many people booked and couldn't accommodate us for the whole time. We had to stay at a family resort for two nights before finally going back to the original place for our last night. I was bummed because I picked the adults-only spot so my husband, who's a teacher and needed a break from kids, could chill out. But, even though it was a hassle, the hotel staff at both places were pretty helpful in making sure we got settled in.

    So, there was this girl named Alexis who posted a bad review, but she didn't give the full story, you know? She tried to cancel a trip she had already said she was going on, which isn't cool. The travel agent actually helped her out by getting her a refund and a flight credit! But she still wanted other people to pay for her part, which just isn't fair. We all need to be honest from the beginning, you know what I mean?
