The project manager I worked with, let's just say "Annie Rose", was just amazing. She was so attentive, patient, and really listened to what I wanted for the content I needed. Even though I kept changing my mind, Annie and her team always went the extra mile to deliver excellent work. I can't recommend them enough.

The curated records were awful. Such a waste of my money. And seriously, the fact that you can only cancel by phone and have to go through such a long process is not cool. Plus, if you skip a month, you're out of luck and don't get your records. So lame!

False promises and disappointment
My experience with this service was really disappointing. I thought they had all this info on the person I was researching, like pics and ties to the government watchlist. But once I signed up and paid, I didn't get any of the promised info. It was frustrating and made me feel like I was tricked. I had to cancel my account in the end since it just didn't come through on what it said it would do.

No Products and No Refund Self-Esteem Professional Neck Firming Lift Kit
I place the order DC245567 of Self-Esteem Professional Neck Firming Lift Kit on Dermelect at 13th of August. At 13th of September the order didnt arrive, so I request for the refund of 85,31€. Since 27th of September Dermelect has not reply to my emails and didnt refund me. So, no products and no refund. It's a shame the way Dermelect is dealing with this situation, or better, not dealing with it and acting without any awareness of the problem.

I've been buying K-Pop albums from this website for a while now and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. They've got a great selection of albums that are totally legit. I got this really awesome designer piece at an amazing price, I'm so thrilled with it! The return was a bit of a pain, but thankfully I was able to sort it out by contacting the carrier. The refund did take a little longer than I hoped, but I guess that's not too surprising since it's coming from overseas. I'm not sure why duties had to be paid, they really should've confirmed that with the carrier beforehand.

Necklace and earrings for special occasions
I just bought a gorgeous necklace and earrings from this store for some special events, and let me tell you, I was totally blown away by how great the quality and craftsmanship is. The staff there was super helpful and really knew their stuff, which made my shopping trip a piece of cake. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I definitely suggest checking out this shop if you want some one-of-a-kind jewelry that will really make a statement.

All-inclusive Adults-Only Resort Booking
I just went on a trip to an all-inclusive, only-for-adults resort, but when I got there, I found out they had too many people booked and couldn't accommodate us for the whole time. We had to stay at a family resort for two nights before finally going back to the original place for our last night. I was bummed because I picked the adults-only spot so my husband, who's a teacher and needed a break from kids, could chill out. But, even though it was a hassle, the hotel staff at both places were pretty helpful in making sure we got settled in.

I ordered 4 swim suits and received them in 1 weeks time. I was skeptical after ordering, and read negative reviews and contacted the company to cancel, but they assured me that my order would be fulfilled. I was pleasantly surprised to get my order so quickly and to find that the sizing was exactly what I expected. I would definitely order again!
What is the normal turn around time for your company. What is also return or exchange policy?

I ordered 5 swim suits from this company and they were nothing like shown on the website. It took over a month to get my order and I had to buy new suits from other places because I was leaving out of the country on vacation. Return policy isn’t even worth it because who knew we were ordering from China?! Save yourself the money and headache and don’t shop BEACHSISSIthis company is a rip off. PLEASE do not order from this company. all the complaints are real.
Everything above is 100% accurate. I ordered 4 swimsuits and two swim shorts. The sizing is off even for suits of the same style but in different colors. I urge you to make a complaint with the Attorney General's office to get this company off the internet. I will be filing s complaint. The return policy is unfair and falsely advertised. The website specifically states you will get a full refund if you choose but mentions nothing about returning internationally. It's a scam. If you want to buy similar suits go to cupshe.com. prices are slightly cheaper and you can return. I will never buy from beachsissi again. It's a scam!

Exact same experience! Ordered 3 swimsuits. Took a little more than 30 days to get them and they were not as represented in the photos. I sent a request to return within 3 days of receiving and did not get a response until I sent a follow up email and threatened to contact the better business bureau. The response was that since we were beyond the 15 days from receipt they would only consider giving me another item at half price. What a joke. Do not order from this company!!!!
I just checked my credit card statement they changed me for my item and I saw another transaction for some odd cents. The amount is not the problem here the bigger issue is they are changing my card without my permission ?? I will be contacting my credit card today!

Do not order from this company. Terrible customer service. Tried to return the order and they would not respond to emails or calls. They waited until the 22nd day and then responded by saying I had 15 days to return the item. No paperwork was included with the order. I had to hunt down where the company was located to get contact info. Read all of the comments above. All true.
Do not waste your money using this site. Returns are impossible, swimsuits may or may not be the size you ordered and they don’t match what is shown on website. Be more intelligent than i was.
It looks like everybody gets the order before a week, the REAL REASON is because they DO NOT SHIP from CHINA. But if you want a refund they al you to send things to China. LIERS!! SCAMMERS!
