Album Curating Service
I had a really bad experience with the album curating service. I waited over a month for my order to arrive and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were not very helpful. Their phone number went straight to voicemail and no one returned my emails for days. When they did finally reply, they gave me vague information that didn't match what was on their website. The company's lack of communication and transparency really bothered me.
Crappy records
The records I received were really terrible. It felt like they deliberately chose the worst ones. The only one that was somewhat decent was the one that matched my preferences, but even that was just okay. Fortunately, I was able to easily cancel and return the unwanted items. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and they definitely need to improve their selection.
Confusing subscription process
The sign-up process over at VNYL can be really tricky for folks who don't realize they have to pick a "vibe" each month to get their records. I went a whole 10 months without getting any packages because I missed that step. Even though they kept charging me, I couldn't get my money back and only got store credit for a small selection of records online. Just a heads up for anyone signing up - make sure you choose a vibe each month so you don't miss out on your monthly delivery.
Vinyl record purchase
I just bought a vinyl record from this company, and honestly, it was a letdown. The customer service was not great - I had a hard time canceling my order since I had to call them, and that's not easy for me with my anxiety. I tried emailing them too, but the responses were not helpful at all. Also, the records they sell aren't even popular and aren't worth the price.
Vinyl subscription
My experience with the vinyl subscription service wasn't what I thought it would be. It took way longer than I thought it would, and the artists they had were pretty limited. They focused on underground artists I had no clue about. The website was a pain to use, and even though they said they'd tailor it to my interests through Spotify, I never got that chance. In the end, I felt like the service was too pricey and didn't offer enough variety.
Vinyl subscription service
I had a really bad time with this vinyl subscription service. I thought it would be cool to get vinyls tailored to my taste, but it was a total disaster. I joined up at the start of the year and I still haven't gotten any records from them. I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times, but they never got back to me until I got super mad and cancelled my subscription. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company!
"curated" records
The curated records were awful. Such a waste of my money. And seriously, the fact that you can only cancel by phone and have to go through such a long process is not cool. Plus, if you skip a month, you're out of luck and don't get your records. So lame!
Vinyl subscription experience
My experience with the vinyl subscription service was super disappointing. The website talked a big game about hooking up with Spotify for personalized recommendations, but the artists I got were way off from what I like. I've been signed up for three months now, and haven't seen a single vinyl record, let alone the three they promised each month. And you can't even cancel on the website, you have to call in, and then deal with customer service that doesn't seem to care. The music choices were meh, and the whole thing was just frustrating because of their bad rules and lack of communication.
Gift subscription package
I'm a customer at VNYL and man, let me tell you, I got a gift subscription for a friend and it was a complete letdown. I added their credit card for the gift and VNYL just kept charging them after the gift date. Trying to cancel online was a nightmare - there was no option! I had to reach out to customer service through phone or email, but no one picked up the phone during business hours. Talk about frustrating! Overall, I was really dissatisfied with the whole experience.
Vinyl record purchase
I messed up by not checking any reviews before buying something from this place. Just like many others, I had a bad experience with this company. When I tried to cancel my membership, it was a whole mess. I had to call a number, leave a message, and never got a call back. Even after I tried my best, the charges kept showing up on my bank statements, so I had to get my bank involved. It's frustrating to see that so many people have had the same issues with this company. They don't seem to be very clear or accountable. Personally, I think their practices are almost unethical and definitely unfair to customers. So, I recommend anyone thinking about buying from this place to check the reviews first and be careful.
Vinyl record subscription
I can't believe how awful this record subscription is! First off, their customer service is basically nonexistent. The records they send every month are total garbage. And when I asked for music I actually like, they hit me with, "Sorry, we're all about discovering new music." What a joke! And get this, no refunds! Once they've got your cash, you're stuck with their crappy records. I even tried to sell the records they sent me to a pawn shop, and they were like, "No thanks, we don't want this stuff." So yeah, save your money and skip this lousy subscription service.
Vinyl record purchase
This place is a total mess. I only gave it 2 stars because, surprisingly, I did get 2 out of the 9 records I wanted. They clearly don't know anything about customer service. I ordered back in August and didn't get it until October - like, seriously slow! I tried emailing them multiple times to cancel, but had to threaten the Better Business Bureau before they finally gave me a refund. Don't fall for their marketing tricks, you won't get what they promise. Instead of Panic! At the Disco, I ended up with some random country band even Spotify doesn't know. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
Vinyl record subscription
I was really let down by the vinyl record subscription service I tried out. I gave them all my music preferences and even let them see my Spotify, but they sent me three albums that had nothing to do with what I like. When I tried to cancel my subscription because of the bad picks, I couldn't get through to customer service when I called. I had to email them, but they just ignored my requests to cancel, so I got hit with more charges and still no solution. This service has been super unreliable, they don't respond, and they definitely don't care about keeping customers happy.
Vinyls never came
I bought some vinyl records from this place and they never showed up. I mean, I waited forever and even reached out to customer service, but all they said was that they'd check into it. I swear I feel like I got ripped off! Can't trust those positive reviews, this place is a complete joke!
3 Month Gift Subscription
I signed up for this 3-month gift subscription thinking it would be awesome, but it totally backfired on me! They asked for my credit card info just for a gift - sketchy, right? Then, if I forgot to cancel before it renewed, they started hitting me with charges left and right. I got charged twice before I even got my 3rd shipment of records! No warnings, no heads up about my gift ending. Just out of nowhere - bam, money gone! And when I tried to complain, all they offered me was store credits. Seriously, not cool at all.
Vinyl subscription service
When I decided to give that vinyl subscription service a shot, I was really excited. But man, was I let down. It felt like a total scam - they were sending me stuff they wanted to get rid of, not what I actually wanted. And those lame excuses for the vinyl they chose? Give me a break. No integrity at all. And to make matters worse, there wasn't even an option to return or exchange it. So now I'm stuck with worthless vinyl. It's like some twisted joke - they drop off the garbage at your door and you're stuck with it forever.
Vinyl record order
I just ordered some vinyl records hoping to get a great collection of music to listen to for a long time. But, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole thing. The albums I got just aren't doing it for me, and I hardly ever feel like putting them on to listen.
Monthly vinyl subscription
I signed up, got charged, and didn't receive any awesome records. They didn't even let me know when they were sending my stuff. It feels like some secret mystery club where you're left in the dark without the code word. I had to actually call and speak to real people to cancel or pause my account, which is so old-fashioned. And the one record I did get was just okay, like not even worth playing on my new record player. I'm so let down, man. What a bummer.
Vinyl records
This place is ridiculous. The website is all over the place, so you can't even tell if your order is going through. You have to pick these "vibes" to help you order, but it's just confusing. Their marketing is all flashy, but the service stinks. Customer support is a joke - super slow and not helpful at all. It's not a scam, but it's definitely shady. I won't be shocked when this place goes under, especially since two other people I know already bailed on them.
