    Sneaky automatic renewal

    I was totally caught off guard by the automatic renewal of my service contract. I didn't get any heads up, but my contract got renewed without me even knowing. I only realized what happened when I saw a charge in January for a service that had already ended in December. It's super frustrating to be forced to pay for something I didn't even ask for or approve!

    Hair loss treatment

    I was really disappointed with the hair loss treatment I tried. It didn't make my hair loss better and it even gave me a sunspot on my forehead. I tried to get a refund from customer service, but they didn't help me at all. I did a lot of research before buying this product, believing in the company's promises, but I was really let down by the lack of results and support. It's so frustrating to spend time and money on something that doesn't work like it's supposed to.

    Vinyl subscription experience

    My experience with the vinyl subscription service was super disappointing. The website talked a big game about hooking up with Spotify for personalized recommendations, but the artists I got were way off from what I like. I've been signed up for three months now, and haven't seen a single vinyl record, let alone the three they promised each month. And you can't even cancel on the website, you have to call in, and then deal with customer service that doesn't seem to care. The music choices were meh, and the whole thing was just frustrating because of their bad rules and lack of communication.

    Stolen item from luggage

    I had a bad experience with the airline customer service. When I traveled recently, my luggage got messed with and something was taken from it. I reached out to the baggage support team, and they told me to report it to the police. But that seemed like too much trouble, so I decided to just complain to the airline.
