I am a client of Capillus, a company that specializes in hair growth laser therapy products. I have been using their laser cap for several months now and have been extremely satisfied with the results. The cap is easy to use and fits comfortably on my head. I gotta admit, I was unsure when I first tried this hair loss solution, but man, am I surprised by the results. My hair loss has totally stopped and I can tell that my thinning hair is starting to fill out. I'm especially pumped about seeing some progress with my receding hairline. I mean, it's alright, I guess... as long as it actually works. It seems like they put some good thought and effort into designing and making it, but the power source could definitely be improved. Sometimes it's a bit tricky trying to connect the connectors.

I gave customer service a ring and they were really awesome in helping me with my purchase. It was like, super easy! I told my mom about it and she's starting to see some really cool differences. This stuff is honestly amazing! My hair isn't shedding as much, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for even more improvements soon.

My experience with the Capillus Hair Growth Device was really good. The first chat I had gave me some useful info about the product and how it can help. But I did have a small problem with the size of the device, it wasn't clear that I needed to ask for an extra-large size after buying it. Even though it was a little confusing, the second chat helped me understand the process better.
Expensive hair growth cap
I just got this fancy hair growth cap not too long ago, and already had to shell out $80 for a new battery and charger after only 18 months. I mean, come on! For how much I forked over for this thing, you'd think it would last longer and they'd take better care of their customers. I think a lifetime warranty on all the parts would be a lot more reasonable given the price. But, on the bright side, after using it every day for about 3-6 months, I did notice some new hair growing around my temples and my hair did feel thicker overall. So, it's been a bit of a mixed bag experience for me with this cap.
