Disappointing quality
I had really high hopes for the stuff I bought from this store, but man, they just didn't live up to what I was expecting. The items looked nothing like they did in the pictures online, and the quality was pretty bad. Gotta say, I was seriously let down by my purchase and felt like I definitely didn't get my money's worth. Regret buying those things and definitely wouldn't suggest this store to anyone after my experience.

Custom Sleep Mouth Guard
It gets the job done, you know? I've noticed some changes in the design over time. The video instructions for setting it up really came in handy. Since I snore pretty loudly, I always max out the lower jaw setting, but that tends to make the sides come loose or the metal things pop out. A little extra molding and patching usually solves the problem for a bit. I've tested out a few other mouthpieces, but this one is definitely my favorite. I'll definitely keep buying it.

I just got some new glasses from Overnight Glasses. I used my own frames for one pair and ordered another pair from their online selection. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how good they turned out. The frameless ones fit well, the prescription was just right, and they were really comfy without needing any adjustments. The quality was just as good as what you'd find at fancy optical shops, or even better than the big chain stores. And the price was way more reasonable than other places I checked out. Defective 63XL ink cartridges
I recently bought 3 63XL ink cartridges from this company, thinking I could save some cash on printer stuff. But man, was I bummed out when those cartridges turned out to be total duds. Only got about 6 pages out of them before they completely dried up and became useless. So, I had to bite the bullet and spend more on the proper HP cartridges, which have been working like a dream. Definitely not happy with what I got from these guys and probably won't be shopping with them again. If they want their junky cartridges back, they can send me a return form and try to pawn them off on someone else.

The small shirt was too tight, but when I reached out to customer service, they were super responsive and offered a fix. The owner called me after the holidays to talk about the problem and get the right size. I asked for a medium and was happy to hear they would send it for free. They also suggested donating the small shirt to a charity, which I appreciated. The X-Small hoodie fit great with room to move. I'd recommend women to order a size up from their usual. Overall, I was really impressed by the customer service and will definitely shop here again.

My wireless mouse I got from here was great in the beginning, but then it suddenly stopped working for no reason! I reached out to their customer service for help, and let me tell you, they were absolutely terrible. They were polite when I inquired about the warranty, but as soon as I mentioned that I needed help getting it to work, they just disappeared. I was transferred to different departments with no luck in getting assistance. I tried reaching out several times, but unfortunately, I never heard back. I'm really upset about the whole situation and definitely won't be making any future purchases from them.

I bought some pots from this company and they don't work on my induction cooktop. I had a technician check it out and they confirmed the pots are not compatible. I reached out to the company for a refund, but they told me to send the pots back and haven't refunded me yet. I've filed a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading because I'm not happy with how they're handling this. Dealing with their customer support has been really tough and unhelpful.

I recently spent $500 on hiring someone to do coding work on WordPress. Despite the fact that this person had good reviews and claimed to be experienced, my experience was not great. The payment milestones agreed upon were not met with the level of quality I was hoping for. The first milestone only resulted in a basic website that I could have done myself. The seller kept postponing our meetings, often canceling at the last minute with weak excuses. When I asked for a refund, I was told I was entitled to a full refund, but I only got half of what I paid. After pushing for it, I did eventually get a full refund from Fiverr. Still, I was disappointed with the poor communication and slow resolution of the problem. Despite this, I might use Fiverr again because of the affordable options, but I was disappointed by the customer service and the platform's policy on taking a cut of tips without clear communication.

I bought a coat online and paid extra for shipping to get it by a certain date. But, I haven't heard anything about my package yet. Even though Topshop took the money out of my account, they didn't send me a purchase confirmation, give me tracking info, or even respond to my emails. It's really frustrating how they're not communicating with me or helping me out. I definitely wouldn't recommend using their online services, because you might just lose your money and never get your order. This whole situation has made me never want to shop at Topshop again.

International delivery order
My experience with The Whisky Barrel was pretty disappointing. I tried to get an order delivered internationally and had a bad time with their courier. Even though I was home all day, the courier said I turned down the package, which left me out of money and without my order. It was so annoying to deal with a situation where the courier didn't even try to deliver it and just sent it back to the UK. The way this whole issue was handled without any accountability or good customer service was a letdown. I get that it wasn't directly The Whisky Barrel's fault for what the courier did, but I think they need to make sure international deliveries go smoothly or think about not offering them at all.
