Fiverr is a great platform for people who want to buy or sell stuff online. I've been using it for about ten years now, and it's made running my online business way easier. They take care of things like keeping my website up to date, making sure I show up in search results, and handling payments through PayPal and credit/debit cards. This lets me focus on just selling my services. But there are some areas where they could do better. Their customer support isn't great – it's hard to get help, and they don't screen sellers very well. This has led to me running into scammers and sellers who aren't on the up-and-up. One time, I had an issue with Payoneer (the payment processor they use) that ended up with my card getting canceled. Even after contacting Fiverr's support team, I didn't get any help, which was frustrating. I recently bought an article writing service from this platform and it was a total bust. The freelancer I hired said they were an expert, but the work they delivered was really bad and not professional at all. I was super disappointed and frustrated with the poor quality. But I have to give them props where it's due - the customer service on Fiverr is awesome. Since I have started freelancing that is 6 years ago, I have been doing great work at my local but after 2-3 years I felt things should be uplifted and then I came to know about fiverr. ( I already knew, I just didnt' care to try it )
But within few months, I started getting awesome gigs from it. I keep got my level up and up. Soon with my business, I also started hiriing people from fiverr and it appear to be a great expeirence too.

Even after showing proof and explaining the situation, Fiverr let the seller keep on tricking people. It's pretty worrisome that they're not taking responsibility and being upfront about this stuff. It makes me wonder if I can trust Fiverr anymore.

I purchased some writing services on this platform and I was pretty excited because the app seemed cool. But I was a little disappointed because I didn't receive many messages from people interested in working with me. There were only 20 other gigs like mine, so I was expecting more interest. In the end, I only got 2 messages and both declined working together. Well, at least the app itself is decent, I suppose.

I've been trying to sell my video editing services for a while now, and things were going pretty smooth until this one person just had to leave a bad review. It's ridiculous because they were upset I couldn't do something impossible for their Xbox game. Like, really? It got me so frustrated. And when I reached out to Fiverr's Customer Service, they weren't very helpful in getting rid of that unfair review. They basically told me they wouldn't remove it, even though it was clearly fake! Fiverr has been okay overall, but they take a chunk of money from both buyers and sellers, which isn't cool at all. Just a heads up, their Customer Service might not have your back when you need them!
Help with tech stuff
My tech guy was great! He answered all of my questions and helped me find the best plan for what I needed. He really knew his stuff and fixed my issue without any trouble. I'm really happy with the service he provided!
