Employee scheduling and availability management
7shifts has really changed the game for me when it comes to scheduling and managing my team's availability. It used to be a real pain spending 5 hours every week on this task, but now I can get it done in just over an hour. The old request off calendar is a thing of the past - now my team can easily ask for time off right from their phones. No more endless phone calls about call-outs or getting shifts covered - now it's as easy as a click of a button, and someone usually picks up the shift. All I have to do is give it the okay. The system even lets me know if there are multiple people interested in a shift, which helps me keep an eye on potential overtime problems. These time-saving features have really improved how I work, and I'm amazed by all the extra stuff 7shifts can do beyond just scheduling and availability management.

Corner Desk
The corner desk I got was delivered in good shape by FedEx Ground. It was a little tricky to put together, but all in all, it was a pretty good piece of furniture for ordering online. My daughter's been using it in her room for doing homework, and it's been working out well.

Clothing items
As someone who shops online a lot, I know how important it is to get good quality clothes. I like all the different styles they have on this website, but I really prefer to see the fabric and how it fits before I suggest buying something. And being a regular Amazon Prime member, I gotta say the shipping costs can be way too much, especially when I'm grabbing stuff from the clearance section. Those extra charges can make the whole cost way more than what the item originally cost.

Picture frames
I ordered these really awesome picture frames way before Christmas and they still haven't arrived! It's such a downer, you know? I tried calling to figure out what's going on, but no one picked up the phone (so rude!) and all I got was some generic email. Can you believe that? I just wanted to give these frames as a gift, but now I have nothing to wrap up. UGH, so frustrating!

Multiple pairs of shoes
I recently bought a bunch of shoes from this website, but I only got one pair in my package. I'm pretty bummed out and annoyed by this mistake, and I really need the seller to explain what's up and fix it. The shoes I did get are okay, but not getting everything has me wondering if this site's ordering system is actually reliable. I'm hoping the customer service folks step up, sort this out quickly, and make me happy again.
