I recently tried out a storage box delivery service, and I gotta say, I was super happy with the whole thing. I had packed up 4 boxes myself, and they were delivered right on time with no damage at all. The delivery went smoothly, and the drivers were really nice and helpful. It was cool getting reminders through email and texts, especially on the day of delivery. The texts not only reminded me but also let me know where the drivers were at. I also had to adjust the cost for the month I had already paid for, and it was a quick and easy process over the phone. Got an email confirming the refund right away. All in all, I had a really good experience with the service and would definitely use it again if I needed to.

The folks at the Swedesboro location of this storage company really went the extra mile to give us amazing customer service. Alex, Mark, and Nick were super professional and attentive as they assisted us during a tough situation. Even though we had to wait five hours at the loading dock for the movers, the staff made sure we were comfortable by giving us cold water and creating a friendly atmosphere, despite the scorching 100-degree heat. Their commitment to making sure we were happy really made them stand out, and we definitely suggest this storage company, especially the Swedesboro location, for all your storage needs.

The folks over at that storage place were amazing. Richard, Fernando, and Luis really went above and beyond. They were super friendly, always positive, and had great communication between them. They also worked really hard, never slacking off. They made sure to check in with me often to make sure I was satisfied with how things were packed. Even though it was a huge task, they tackled it all with such a positive attitude. Kudos to them for a job well done!

They not only delivered my stuff quickly but also helped me take apart something that wasn't even part of the delivery. They also quickly fixed an issue with a broken vacuum cleaner I received. I'm so upset about the terrible experience I had with this storage company. They stored my sectional sofa and other stuff for a few months, and when they brought it back to me, the sofa was broken and they damaged my apartment wall. The delivery guys even complained about bringing things up to the 5th floor, like it's an excuse for messing up my stuff. It's so frustrating that I have to go through so much just to file a claim for the damages. I'm really disappointed and upset with the service I got.

I had a terrible experience with my move recently. MakeSpace cancelled my appointment only 20 minutes before they were supposed to show up, then couldn't give me another date for two weeks. My lease was up that day and a new tenant was coming in, so I had no option but to leave that day. They didn't try to help me figure things out or even say sorry. I had to quickly rent a truck and move everything on my own. It was a total nightmare.

Man, I swear this storage company drives me nuts. I needed more space and tried to change my booking, but they never pick up the phone or bother to reply to my emails. It's like I'm talking to a wall or something! Eventually, I gave up and just canceled my booking. I didn't want to get charged for a service that I couldn't even access. So annoying!

But, when I finally got my things back, I realized that my glass table was missing the top, my couch was missing a cupholder, and my $500 turntable was nowhere to be found. The money they gave me only covered the glass top, and they didn't fully pay me back for the cupholder or turntable.
Communication with this company
Dealing with this company is like being stuck waiting in line at Taco Bell before sunrise, just to end up getting a ticket for the DMV the next day. It's similar to spending a whole day at the DMV, only to be told to come back again tomorrow. It's as if a cop randomly took your car and then suggested calling Taco Bell for help the next day. This constant back and forth has been happening for 2 weeks now, and it's getting really frustrating.
