    Monthly flower gift

    I've been ordering the mid-sized flower arrangement from this service every month as a gift for my business partner and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of the flowers and how punctual the deliveries are. The arrangements have been absolutely beautiful and my partner has loved every single one of them. One thing to keep in mind is that the flowers are delivered without water, so they might look a little sad at first, but they perk up quickly once you put them in a vase with water. The flowers have lasted a long time and are much fresher than what you'd find at a regular grocery store. Overall, I'm super happy with this service and I plan on using it again in the future.

    Heavy flow period underwear

    Having a heavy flow, I really depend on these period undies as a backup when I'm using my menstrual cup or on days when my flow is lighter. If you're dealing with major gushing or flooding during your period, I wouldn't suggest relying on these undies alone. But for me, they've been a game-changer in cutting down on waste from tampons and pads. My friends with lighter to moderate flows absolutely swear by using these on their own.

    The customer service at this company is top-notch. When I had some leaks with the High Waist Heavy Flow undies, I reached out to them and they quickly got back to me. They explained that wearing them solo on heavy flow days might not be enough for someone like me, but they still sent me a new pair just in case the first one was faulty. I really appreciate their quick response and commitment to making sure customers are happy.

    Sleep cover order issue

    I just had a little issue with my sleep cover order - got a sleeve that doesn't fit my reader. But Aprille and Denn from customer service helped me out real quick. They told me how to return the wrong item and gave me all the info I needed. Even though I type slow, they were nice and patient the whole time. Really glad for their help and how they fixed everything fast.

    Practice exam software

    The practice exam software I bought was pretty good overall, but there were some parts that didn't impress me much. The questions were okay, but I noticed a few that were out of date. Plus, there were a lot of typos and weird grammar in there that made me wonder if the material was reliable. The explanations for right and wrong answers were kind of lacking, which made it hard for me to really learn from my mistakes. And there weren't that many questions to begin with, only like 300-400 total, and no changing up the sets each time. So once I finished the four exams, I was just stuck repeating the same questions.

    This product is really something, for real. I mean, after using it for just two months, I noticed some big changes. My hair got thicker, fuller, and just overall looked healthier.     I had a problem with my order being skipped by this service. I had already told them a week ahead that I wanted to skip it, but it still got messed up for the second time.     Movie playback issues

    I've been having some problems with a movie I bought on this platform. Towards the end, the sound keeps cutting out and then the movie just stops playing altogether. I've contacted customer service about it but it's been over a month and the issue still hasn't been fixed. It's really frustrating, especially since I've spent a good amount of money on movies through this platform. The customer service they're providing right now is really not up to par and it's definitely not meeting the standards for customers like me.

    Jacket with express shipping

    I bought a jacket for a funeral and paid extra for fast shipping. But it's been two weeks and still no jacket. I'm really stressed and frustrated because I needed it urgently. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but they haven't been helpful. They even refused to refund most of the shipping cost, which isn't okay considering the situation.

    I had put $100k into investing with this company, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. Turns out, the sponsors weren't properly checked out, and I eventually found out that they were already defaulting on another property. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, the company kept asking for more money in the form of new loans, which just meant my stake in the investment kept shrinking. In the end, they couldn't make good on those loans either, and my $100k investment went down the drain. What's even more frustrating is that while my investment was tanking, EquityMultiple was still raking in the fees, showing they weren't really looking out for the investors like they should be. You can bet I won't be investing with them again.

    There were a lot of technical issues with the website and email that customer service didn't fix. I ordered something at night, but then realized it was wrong the next morning. When I tried to cancel it using the link they sent me, it just took me to the website without doing anything. The tech team said they would help, but they never did and didn't admit the problem. The cancel button on both my laptop and phone didn't work well. I had to return the order and pay extra, but they didn't give me anything back. The chat agent was all over the place and didn't really help me. This whole thing was a mess and not professional at all. Other companies are better than this one.

    Bunk beds for my room

    So I bought these bunk beds from a furniture store and they are just straight up awful! The beds don't fit together properly, one of the legs is busted, and they are literally falling apart - so not safe at all. I've been going back and forth with these people for what feels like forever trying to fix it, but they just keep dragging their feet. They keep saying they'll send parts or asking for more pictures, like how many do you need to see that these beds are garbage?! I even tried to return them and they said the return cost would be more than just keeping them, can you believe that? They act all surprised when I tell them the beds are useless, like they've never had any issues before, total scammers. Now I'm stuck with these useless beds and have to fork out for new ones for my kiddos, what a nightmare.

    Groceries and produce

    So, I bought some groceries and produce at this supermarket the other day and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. Their website and app are just the worst! Every time I try to order something, the site crashes and I have to redo everything. And to make matters worse, whenever I try to add food items, they don't go in right. On top of all that, I found mold and bugs in some of the food items I got, which is just gross! Their online customer service is a joke too. They say a manager will get in touch but surprise, surprise, they never do. All in all, a super disappointing experience.
