Spicy meal ingredient list
I ordered some meals from your menu and noticed that a lot of them have spicy ingredients, like peppers. It would be great if you could show which dishes are spicy on the menu itself, so customers don't have to go through all the ingredients to find out.
Recent meal experiences
I've just gotta say, I am seriously blown away by how amazing all my recent meals have been from this service. They've got such a wide range of different ethnic foods to choose from, it's really awesome. And I gotta give a shoutout to all the local chefs who bring their A-game to the menu. I gotta say, most of the meals I got from this service were pretty good quality. But man, there were like 1 or 2 dishes that just didn't hit the mark. One dish with beef was super tough and just not tender at all, couldn't even stomach it. And then there was this tilapia dish that had a weird taste and a sauce that was way too sour for my liking. However, I gotta give credit where it's due - the other dishes were bomb, super tasty and satisfying. Sure, the prices are a bit steep, but I'm willing to give them another shot and keep ordering if they can keep up the good work.

I really enjoyed three out of four dinners I had delivered recently. The chicken thigh and two beef dinners were particularly tasty. However, the chicken and pear salad was a big letdown. The chicken was dry and the greens tasted old, showing that salads don't travel well. But despite the inconsistency in quality, overall I had a good experience. It was a game-changer for me not having to cook or clean up after dinner. And being able to have a meal ready in just fifteen minutes anytime was a huge time-saver. So, even though the food wasn't always great, the convenience factor definitely made it worth it.
Skipped order issue
I had a problem with my order being skipped by this service. I had already told them a week ahead that I wanted to skip it, but it still got messed up for the second time. I had to reach out to customer service for help, and thankfully, Nicolas U was super quick to reply and fix everything. It was annoying that their system couldn't remember my request to skip an order, but I'm grateful for Nicolas' fast and effective assistance.
Generous main dish, skimpy sides
The main dish I ordered was just the right size and tasted pretty good, but the sides and garnishes that came with it were way too small compared to the main dish. I was kind of bummed because I thought the sides would be just as amazing as the main meal. The food was yummy, but it wasn't anything super impressive. Maybe it's because the food doesn't travel well? I'm not really sure. Overall, I was expecting more, especially considering the price and the high delivery fees. I'll give it another shot in a couple of weeks, but if things don't get better, I might go back to cheaper frozen dinners that I think taste just as good. I really wanted to be head over heels for this meal delivery service, but I'm not quite there yet.

Variety, profile, no red meat, nothing spicy, inconsistent meals, great food service, excellent customer service
There are just so many choices at this place, it can take me forever to decide what I want. I set up my profile to let them know I don't eat red meat or spicy food, but sometimes my meals aren't exactly what I expected. Sometimes I'll really enjoy something and then the next time it's just not as good. But overall, the food here is fantastic and the staff is really friendly.
Weekly dinner subscription box
I've given other dinner subscription services a shot in the past, like Plated, HelloFresh, and EveryPlate, but CookUnity is hands down the best! They have over 300 different options to choose from each week, and the meals are seriously delicious and come from all over the place. They offer premium meals and add-ons as extras, but you don't have to get them to keep your account going. I've been using CookUnity for four years already, and I honestly can't see myself switching back to any other company!
