Two bottles of a specific fragrance
I recently bought two bottles of a certain fragrance from an online store, but I was pretty bummed out by the whole experience. I tried reaching out to customer service through email to sort things out, but I never heard back from either the store or the brand to clear up if there was a change in the formula or a bad batch issue. The lack of communication and support from both sides has left me feeling pretty let down and has me worried about how these products are being handled. If this isn't sorted out soon and effectively, I might think twice about buying anything else from this store or brand. It's frustrating to deal with such poor customer service and the feeling that nobody is taking responsibility.

Awesome MOCs
The designs and instructions for the MOCs were really well done! Putting it all together was super fun and the bricks were top quality. I did notice a few scratches, mostly on the flat parts, and one brick wasn't quite perfect. But even with those small things, I had a really good time and would totally suggest it to anyone else.
