Recent order delay
I bought something from this place not long ago, but man, they really messed up. It's been a complete nightmare! I placed my order in June, and it's nearly August, but I still haven't received my stuff. I've tried contacting them a bunch of times, even sent some emails, but I haven't gotten a single response. I used to be a regular customer, but now I'm really thinking about taking my business elsewhere. The fact that they won't communicate and that my order is so delayed is just not okay.

It looks like they might have switched to UPS for delivery because I didn't have any problems that others mentioned with DPD.
