Initial tutorial experience
I just had to share about the awesome experience my daughter had with her tutor, Sophie Weltzien. Sophie really knows her stuff and it showed right from the start, making my daughter's learning experience so much better. She really took the time to personalize everything for my daughter, making sure it fit her needs perfectly. Thanks to Sophie, my daughter is more engaged and motivated to learn. I can't thank Sophie enough for all the hard work and dedication she put into giving my daughter such an amazing tutorial experience.
Educational platform for English-speaking parents with children in a German-speaking school
As parents of an 8-year-old who goes to a German school, we gotta say, this platform has been a lifesaver in helping our kiddo learn the language. The stuff they offer has really helped him grasp German better and improve his skills. The lessons and activities are set up in a way that makes learning fun and he's been making great progress since we started using it. Plus, the customer service folks have been quick and helpful whenever we've had any questions. We're super happy with how things are going overall.
Subscription renewal issue resolved satisfactorily
At first, I wasn't too happy with the company because they automatically renewed my subscription without asking me first. But, I reached out to their customer support and they were able to fix it right away and give me my money back. The amount was pretty hefty, so I was glad they were willing to help me out even though it wasn't their usual policy. Their willingness to work with me and quick response made me happy with how things turned out, and I'm really thankful for their help.

This platform is seriously a game-changer for students of all levels. The way the content is laid out makes it easy to grasp even the most complicated ideas. Just got Sofatutor for my daughter
Sofatutor is awesome! It totally helps my daughter and me with all our school tasks. The exercises are really helpful and easy to follow. We're super thankful to have Sofatutor to assist us during school.
Interactive online learning platform
The online learning platform was really great. It had a lot of different topics and subjects to choose from, and the lessons were well-structured and interesting. It helped me understand some tricky concepts easily. Overall, I thought the content was super informative and really helped me with my studies.

Not good for kids, boring for adults, awful customer service, wouldn't give me a refund.
Awful purchase
I tried out the free trial, but it just wasn't working for me. I decided to cancel right away, but then they went and charged me almost $60 anyway! To top it off, they ended up blocking my account, claiming I didn't provide proof of cancellation. How am I supposed to show proof if I can't even log into my account? On top of all that, the customer service was incredibly rude. I honestly feel like they straight up took my money. I definitely recommend staying away from this one!
Trial account cancellation difficulty
I just tried out this service with a trial account and ran into some major issues when I tried to cancel. The website promised a 1-month trial with the freedom to cancel whenever you want. But when I tried to cancel following their instructions, I couldn't find the "Cancel Subscription" link anywhere. It seemed like it was taken down, making the whole process really annoying and hard.
Sofatutor just "auto renewed" my subscription - NO WARNING!
Sofatutor has just "auto renewed" my subscription we took out more than a year ago for our son. We have had a change in circumstances and do no longer need the service. However, they did not get in touch in advance of the renewal to give me a chance to cancel it and now I have to pay 300 Swiss francs for something we won't use. They just refer to "our policy that you have accepted" and there we go. WHAT A CON - STAY WAY!!!
Hi Christen, I have exactly the same problem. Can you tell me if you withdrew your contract within 14 days and then they cancelled your subscription? Or what did you do to cancel it in general? I will be very grateful for your answer!
240 Euro Subscription i did not ask for
Shameful business model! The 30 day free trial ended, and without warning, they substracted 240euro from my bank account! They subscribed me to the most expensive plan they had! Especially during these times, money is very tight, and sofatutor is just abusing the situation! Disgraceful!

Sofatutor has just informed me that they have cancelled my subscription so I'm very happy - hope they did the same with yours Vladimir and a much happier customer!
JUST HAD AN UPDATE FROM SOFATUTOR - THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION - VERY GREATFUL AND GLAD THEY DID :)
