    Reservation process and customer service experience

    I recently booked a reservation on this platform and ran into some issues while I was placing the order. I had to change the main driver of the rental, but I realized that adding another driver would cost extra. Fortunately, I got amazing assistance from the customer service rep named Hall. He was really patient and professional, and he walked me through the whole process. I was able to cancel my reservation on time and get a full refund.

    Even though I was grateful for Hall's excellent customer service, I do feel like the ordering platform could be easier to use. The process seemed a little unfair, starting the charge before I finished all the important steps and not letting me make changes before confirming. I hope they can fix these issues and make things better in the future.

    Primary driver name correction

    I ran into a problem with the main driver listed on my RVShare account, but thankfully Eden R from customer service was able to assist me in fixing it rapidly and effectively. It turns out I mistakenly had my husband listed as the main driver, when it should have been me. Eden patiently guided me through the process of switching the names, making sure we could hold onto the camper we had booked for our upcoming camping trip. Thanks to Eden's assistance, we are now able to anticipate a fun and worry-free vacation with our family.

    Insurance coverage issue

    I rented an RV recently and ran into a problem with insurance. The owner out of the blue said they wanted interior insurance, even though it wasn't in our initial contract. So, I had to pay an extra $79.00. Dale from RVShare helped us find the insurance we needed, which was great, but I think owners should be upfront about all requirements from the start to prevent any confusion or surprises for renters. If extra insurance is necessary, the owner should take care of providing it and including it in the rental agreement.

    The guy Neil from customer service was amazing! He really saved the day when our RV got damaged. Neil went above and beyond to make sure we were okay. It's great to see that there are still kind people out there who truly want to help others. We are incredibly thankful for his help and for companies like RVShare that have such compassionate employees like Neil. Thank you so much for everything!

    Rental booking experience

    My experience with renting was pretty good overall, but I ran into a few bumps at the beginning. When I was trying to book my rental, I had a hard time getting my ID verified because the system couldn't tell that my state ID was expired. It was annoying having to go back and forth with a customer service rep to finally get it sorted out. But once I updated my ID, everything else went smoothly and quickly. Even though it was confusing at first, I'd still think about using the service again down the road.

    Quick and knowledgeable chat support

    I recently used the chat support on this platform and it was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with online help desks. The person I chatted with, Jason B, knew his stuff and replied super fast to all my questions. I've dealt with other companies where it felt like getting blood from a stone just to get a straight answer, but that wasn't the case here. I really appreciated how quick and knowledgeable Jason was during our chat. Overall, it was a really great experience!

    RVShare experience feedback

    My time with RVShare has actually been pretty great. The online chat support folks have been super helpful and really knew their stuff every time I had a question. I've been using the platform for a couple weeks now and have had no trouble setting everything up. It's still pretty early in the camping season around here, so I haven't actually booked anything yet. Once I get closer to renting out my RV through the site, I'll definitely give you an update on how it's going.

    Rental Experience

    My experience with the customer service team at RVShare was a real headache. I tried calling them multiple times to sort out my issue, but I just couldn't get anywhere. The other reps I talked to were no help at all and kind of rude, which just made me even more frustrated. But then I finally got connected with Morgan and he was amazing. He really listened to me and worked hard to find a solution. Morgan showed real empathy and dedication, and I think RVShare is lucky to have him on board.

    My rental experience

    I'm a customer of RVShare and I had some problems trying to book an RV. My driver's license number wouldn't go through in the system, so my reservation got canceled. I contacted customer service four times and even sent photos of my license three times, but it didn't help. I ended up losing both reservation requests. It was really frustrating and now I'm not sure if I can trust RVShare for renting in the future.

    Hidden insurance fee

    I just rented an RV using this platform and I was pretty happy with how everything went. But, I was really bummed out when I found out about an extra insurance fee that they didn't tell me about until after I already booked it. It felt sneaky, like they were trying to trick me, and it kind of ruined the whole experience for me. I think it's super important for businesses to be upfront and honest about their prices, so finding out about this surprise fee was a big disappointment.     RV rental experience

    I had a pretty bad experience with renting from RVShare recently. The RV in the pictures looked good, but I had problems with getting in touch and getting good customer service. The owner of the RV had nice photos, but didn't answer my questions about pricing. And when I tried to get help from the customer service hotline, they didn't seem to know much about how the rental process worked. I ended up feeling annoyed and let down by the poor communication and help from RVShare.

    I had a last-minute question so I contacted customer support. The guy I talked to, named Hall, really knew his stuff and gave me top-notch service. He definitely showed that the company values serving customers well. It's not easy to find people so committed to helping these days.     Eden was really helpful in showing me how to get my money back! He was so nice and made sure I understood everything. I'll definitely be asking for him again next time I need help with anything!
