RV rental experience
I rented an RV and it was so awesome! The website was really easy to use and helped me find the perfect RV for our family vacation. The RV was clean, roomy, and had all the stuff we needed for a great trip. I had a fantastic time and would totally rent from them again!

Found RV easily
It was really easy to find the RV we wanted and to book it. The owners were super nice and they answered all our questions quickly. We ended up having to cancel our trip, but it was no big deal since canceling was easy and the fee wasn't too bad. I would totally recommend it to my friends and family.

I had an issue with my rental, so I reached out to the chat support team for help. Andie was amazing and really patient with me. She helped me step by step to fix the problem without making me feel stupid. It was great to talk to someone in customer service who genuinely cared about helping me out.
Efficient customer service
The customer service rep, Ross, really helped me out a lot with my concerns. He took the time to explain everything so I could understand how things would get resolved. I was super impressed with how quick and efficient he was in fixing my problem. It definitely made me feel better about using RVShare. Having a phone number to reach customer service, and especially someone like Ross who was so on top of things, was a huge bonus.

I just have to give a big shoutout and thank you to the awesome customer support team and senior management for acting quickly and effectively to protect our payment when we had a problem with an RV rental. It's times like these that really show what a company is made of, and I have to say, RVShare really came through with flying colors.
