Returned Item, No Refund
I'm really upset with how this company has been treating me. I sent back something I bought nearly three months ago and still haven't gotten my money back. The people who answer the emails haven't been helpful at all and haven't given me any updates on my refund. This kind of service is just not okay and it's making me feel really annoyed and unhappy with everything.

Ski boots purchase
I just bought some ski boots at the store and man, let me tell you, the service was top-notch. I gotta shout out Sarah, the woman who helped me out. She seriously rocked - super friendly and really knew her stuff. Even though it was closing time, she didn't push me out the door. She made sure I found the perfect pair and left completely happy.

RVShare experience feedback
My time with RVShare has actually been pretty great. The online chat support folks have been super helpful and really knew their stuff every time I had a question. I've been using the platform for a couple weeks now and have had no trouble setting everything up. It's still pretty early in the camping season around here, so I haven't actually booked anything yet. Once I get closer to renting out my RV through the site, I'll definitely give you an update on how it's going.
