    This is such a disaster! I bought a pair of running shoes online and when they finally got here, they were obviously pre-worn. On top of that, they were stuffed into a beat-up, ripped box. I called customer service to complain, and all they told me to do was send them back. Like, really? I have to go out of my way to take back used shoes to a UPS store and now I have to eat the shipping cost. After some arguing, they finally said they'd waive the return fee, but the harm was already done. This is the third time their customer service and shipping have been terrible. I am never buying from here again.

    I just bought a pair of shoes recently, and man, the delivery was such a hassle. The shoes showed up late, and when I contacted customer service, the person I talked to wasn't very helpful. She made it seem like it was my fault for wanting the shoes on time and kept trying to argue with me to prove me wrong. Even though the email clearly said delivery would take 2-4 days, she tried to blame the delay on the distributor. It was a total disaster, definitely not the smooth experience I was hoping for.

    Rewards program and customer service

    I had a terrible experience with the rewards program and customer service at this store. The rewards program is so complicated and feels like you're stuck on a never-ending train ride. It's nearly impossible to actually use your rewards, and canceling is even worse - the charges just keep coming for years. The program renews itself without asking and promises discounts that never seem to work when you try to use them. Even when you see the reward applied in your cart at checkout, the final charge on your card doesn't reflect it. It's really frustrating and feels kind of dishonest.

    I got these super pricey shoes from the store, and they completely fell apart after just one day of wearing them! When I tried to take them back, they told me I needed to be a VIP member to get a refund or exchange. I think that's completely unfair! Why should I have to pay more just to return something that's defective? I won't be shopping there again for sure.

    I bought some sneakers recently from this store and was really surprised to find out about hidden fees for their rewards program. When I was at the checkout, the cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for their VIP scheme, which I thought was no big deal at the time. But then, about a year later, my credit card company thought there was something fishy going on and flagged a charge of $69.99 from the store for a VIP membership that I never even signed up for. It felt like a total scam and it was super disappointing. I really recommend that others watch out for joining their VIP club so they don't get caught in the same situation. Sadly, this whole bad experience has just left me with a bad feeling and I won't be going back to shop there again.

    I recently bought a new pair of running shoes online from this store, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole process. I ordered and paid on a Friday morning, but when I checked the website on Saturday, it said it was closed. I called them on Wednesday to ask about my order, and they said it had been shipped, but there was no tracking info. This lack of communication made me frustrated. When I called again on Friday, they said my order was actually canceled because they were out of stock. They promised to refund my card and give back my VIP points, but overall, I felt like I wasted my time.

But, after I made my purchase, I found out that I had unknowingly agreed to a $39.99 annual charge that automatically renews without any heads up. I felt tricked and annoyed that the company didn't make this obvious when I was checking out. I'd advise others to be careful when dealing with this company, as they're not upfront about their fees and you could end up paying more than you expected. It's better to shop somewhere else to avoid the hassle and extra costs.

    I had a really good time at the Bellevue store with customer service. The staff there was cool, they didn't pressure me to buy insoles when I said no. They knew their stuff and helped me out, making shopping easy. I'd tell other people to check out this store if they want good customer service.

    I'll tell you about this crazy experience I had at the store. I went there to buy some shoes and accessories, but the employees were super pushy. They were trying to sell me all these extra things I didn't even need! It felt like they were just determined to make me buy as much as possible. And then, to make things even worse, the owner accused me of being a "mass shooter" and actually fired me! Can you believe that? I mean, come on, I'm only 12 years old. It was just so absurd. I really wonder what kind of training they have at that place. Crazy, right?

    I wanted to try out this delivery service, so I reached out to them on Friday to schedule a pick up for Monday. But to my surprise, Monday passed and no one came to pick up my stuff. I thought maybe there was a mistake, so I waited until Tuesday, but still no luck. Calling their customer service was a dead end, couldn't even get a hold of anyone. By Tuesday evening, I had enough and ended up canceling with them. Ended up going with a different company, Z Tran, and they were awesome.

    Membership upgrade issue

    I had a rough time dealing with a company that promised me a free upgrade on my membership. The upgrade ended up causing unapproved charges on my credit card and a whole lot of trouble trying to fix things. Even after I said no to the yearly fee, they still tried to charge me, making things super annoying. It took me more than a month to finally get the $99.99 charge reversed, which shouldn't have happened in the first place. I definitely won't be doing business with them again after this whole mess.

    I just found out there was a charge of $39.99 on my credit card from this company that I didn't authorize. I quickly called my credit card company and they told me this company is known for doing shady stuff like this. It's really frustrating to see a business behaving like that. Luckily, my credit card company caught the charge and took care of it.

    I popped into the store over in Marietta the other day and I've gotta say, the service I got from this sales gal, we'll call her Brooke, was next level. She really knew her stuff, helped me out big time, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I was looking for. She wasn't just trying to make a quick buck; she really took the time to figure out what I needed and recommended the perfect shoes and socks for me. Brooke even noticed my info in the system needed updating and made sure I got any rewards or discounts I could snag. I gotta say, I was super impressed by how she treated me, so I'll definitely be coming back there for all my future athletic gear needs.

    My mom brought me to this awesome running store and it was great! There was this really cool lady named Aaliyah who helped us choose shoes. She was super nice, knew all about running shoes, and made the whole experience enjoyable. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect pair.
