Lost order, lack of communication
I ordered some stuff from this website and wouldn't you know it, FedEx went and lost my package. I've been trying to get ahold of UrbanOg through messages and emails, but I haven't heard anything back about my lost order. FedEx told me to file a claim, but I can't get through to anyone at UrbanOg to figure that out. I already paid for everything, but I haven't gotten my stuff or any info on when it might show up. I like UrbanOg, but they gotta get on this lack of communication and fix it pronto. What's the next step here?

I bought a pair of shoes at this store not too long ago, and I was pretty bummed when I found out they charge a fee for returns. My experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. Ordering was a hassle and took forever. It felt like forever waiting for my test results and when I tried to get updates, nobody responded. The customer service was terrible - they ignored my questions and never fixed my problems. The website was impossible to use, it made no sense. Basically, dealing with this company was a huge waste of time and money.

I just bought some ammo and mags from Gunmagwarehouse. They shipped it out super fast, but I messed up and got the wrong mags. So I hit up their customer service, and they were awesome - helped me out with the return and got me my refund. Made a new order and got the right mags in no time. It's rare to find good customer service these days, so it was really nice dealing with these guys. Definitely gonna shop with them again.
