Weekend Order
I ordered the wrong parts over the weekend and tried to cancel, but they were already processed and shipped. I got in touch with customer service on Monday and they gave me a return label and a full refund without any issues. Overall, it was a great experience!
Magazines
I just bought some magazines from this website, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the whole thing. The website is super easy to use, so it was a breeze to find what I wanted. The magazines arrived pretty quickly and were just what I expected. I really liked how smooth and precise the ordering process was.
Gun magazine
Questions and answers on product page were wrong. Item did not fit my gun, even though posts said it would. Unable to return due to return policy. Order 104508820. Also, they do not post negative product reviews on their website.
2 9mm magazines purchase
I just bought 2 9mm magazines from this website, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. Had a bit of trouble with the post office, but eventually got my mags in one piece. Tested them out, and they fit like a glove and work great. It's nice to order stuff online and actually get what you paid for without any hassle.
Additional gun mags
GunMag warehouse is absolutely the best spot to snag some extra gun mags! The prices are seriously unbeatable, often way cheaper than other places. They've got a huge selection to pick from and the customer service is top-notch. Plus, the shipping is crazy fast! This is definitely my go-to place for all my gun mag needs.
Kimber magazines
I recently bought some Kimber magazines, but I made a goof and got the wrong size that didn't fit my guns. I reached out to customer service and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful Adam, the representative, was. He not only quickly gave me a refund, but also helped me pick out the right size magazines for my Kimbers. The customer service was fantastic, I really appreciated the personal attention and guidance. The whole process was seamless and efficient, all the way through. I was also pleasantly surprised by how fast the correct magazines were shipped. Overall, I am really happy with the service and support I got and I will definitely be coming back as a customer.
Return process
I had to return something I bought recently and I have to say, it was a really easy process. I called customer service and they gave me an RMA number right away. After I sent the item back, they let me know they got it through email really fast. What really stood out to me was that the refund for the item showed up in my account the very next day!
Ammo and magazines purchased
I just bought some ammo and mags from Gunmagwarehouse. They shipped it out super fast, but I messed up and got the wrong mags. So I hit up their customer service, and they were awesome - helped me out with the return and got me my refund. Made a new order and got the right mags in no time. It's rare to find good customer service these days, so it was really nice dealing with these guys. Definitely gonna shop with them again.
Magazine purchase
I just bought some magazines from this place and man, my package ended up getting lost during shipping. But let me tell you, their customer service was amazing! Mike really went the extra mile to help me track down my order and he made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time. He finally fixed the problem and I was super impressed with how he handled everything. I'm definitely gonna tell all my friends and family to check out this company for their awesome customer service.
Magazines with manufacturer's defect
I picked up some magazines from this store thinking they'd be really good, but one of them ended up being messed up. I didn't even notice until months later when I went to use it, and man, was I let down. Luckily, Chris H from customer service came to the rescue and helped me out with the return, even though it was way past the 60-day limit. Service like that makes me want to keep coming back for more.
Ruger 380 Magazines
I recently bought some magazines for my Ruger 380, but they ended up not fitting. I realized it was my bad for not checking if they were compatible before I ordered them. So, I decided to give customer service a call to see if they could help me out. The person I talked to was super helpful and really went out of their way to fix the problem. I was really impressed by how professional they were and how willing they were to help me out, even though the mistake was mine. Plus, the price of the magazines was pretty fair, especially for the quality. Overall, I'm happy with how everything turned out and I'll for sure be getting the right magazines this time.
Beretta APX A1 Compact magazines
I recently bought a couple of magazines for my Beretta APX A1 Compact from this company. But when they arrived, I realized they were too short for my gun. After looking into it online, turns out it was a SKU mix-up from Beretta. So, I reached out to the customer service team here, and they quickly gave me an RMA# and as soon as I sent the mags back, I got a refund on my card in no time.
Magazine exchange
I ordered the wrong magazine for my gun and didn't realize it until it arrived. I contacted GunMag Warehouse and they were really helpful in getting the exchange process going. They gave me a return item number and address, took my return without any problems, and quickly sent me the right magazine for my gun. On top of that, they refunded my debit card for the full amount I originally paid. Cindy in their returns department was fantastic and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I'm very happy with their customer service and will definitely shop with them again.
2 33 round magazines for Glock
I was emailed my confirmation# and told I would receive the two magazines in-between the 7th and 12, and that they would email me when the items shipped. On the 11th I emailed because no one answered the phone again, and was responded that they were trying to reach me to verify my order. Not true, my email and phone number are correct, my address was correct. I haven't received the order, not good service, and at this point consider them theives. I don't have my money or merchandise.
S&W M&P Magazines received Glock 22 31 round mags
NEGATIVE! This company sucks I had purchased what I thought were 30 round S&W M&P magazines and they shipped me Glock 22 31 round magazines. I have emailed them four times about this matter and haven't had one response. I tried calling but they are doing all their business online at least that's what the voicemail said. I originally just wanted to trade but now I will pay more rather than ever buying from this company again. They were late in shipping and I wrote them had to get my bank involved and they just shipped the Glock mags what lowlifes!
Single magazine
Buyer beware, these guys are liars. After 7 days of waiting for my order to ship, I decided to cancel and buy locally. I emailed to cancel and the guy lied and said that my order had already been processed to ship and couldn't cancel. I don't suppose he realizes but he told me this at 5:04pm. Go to check and usps shows the label was created at 8:06pm. Do yourselves a favor and just order from Midway. I ordered a case of AR mags the same day and have already had them for 2 days while still waiting for these liars to ship.

Two mags did fit said I'm stuck with them
Bought two mags that didn't fit they won't return and keep giving me the run around.. now 8 months later and still no resolve.
Four glock mags (never delivered)
CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! The mags I ordered got lost by USPS and GunMagWarehouse is insisting that *I* be the one to follow up with USPS (even though they're the ones who have the package insured) and provide proof to them that USPS says it's definitely lost. And USPS is backed up for many weeks due to Covid, so I'll probably never get an answer. When I send a product to a customer and it gets lost - and that's happened - I send an immediate replacement, no questions asked, and then submit a claim to the shipping company, USPS or UPS. GunMag has totally forgotten the concept of customer service. Now I have to out of pocket for about $60 to get the product elsewhere and hope that USPS gets back to me...sometime.
