High-quality shirts, stickers, flag design
Man, let me tell ya, working at a 76 gas station means I see a lot of different shirts. But the ones I got from Tactical Pro Supply? Straight fire. The quality is seriously off the chain, and all my coworkers are all about 'em. Plus, they threw in some stickers with the shirts, which was a nice little bonus. I even stuck 'em on my counter at work and now people are asking left and right where they can score that flag design.
I gotta give major props to the attention to detail on these shirts. Even the inside where the tag is placed is on point. The craftsmanship is definitely next level. I'm not one to hand out perfect scores all willy nilly, but these shirts? They're getting a solid 5-star rating from me. The only thing I wish was different? More stickers in the package! 😂T-shirt purchase
I just got a t-shirt from this company and man, I am so impressed with how good it is. The design is exactly what I wanted and the material is strong and comfy. I know this shirt is going to last me a while, even if I wear it a bunch. The process of ordering was smooth and easy, which I really appreciate as someone who values their time. Compared to other companies I've bought from before, this one was way better. The pricing was fair for the quality, and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again. The delivery was super fast too, I got my shirt quickly without any problems. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more.
Shirt purchase
I saw some bad reviews about this place, but my experience was completely different! I found a super cute shirt for myself and even got a mystery shirt deal for my boyfriend. The package arrived quickly and I was thrilled. My shirt fit perfectly and looked great. The mystery shirt wasn't really my style because it was specific to a certain thing. But when I asked if I could exchange it and pay a little extra, they were totally understanding! They let me keep the one I didn't like and only charged a small shipping fee. Overall, my experience was awesome! Sorry, bad reviews!
Quite a good range

also, i love the price range, it helps if you just want to try the options out as the price is affordable. So even though you don't get the item you are looking, you can return it and get the better options

I'm really disappointed with this company. I ordered some t-shirts for my friend's birthday present, but they still haven't shown up. They keep saying they've re-sent the order, but I haven't seen anything yet. It's been super frustrating dealing with all the delays and not knowing what's going on. The gift I planned to be perfect is now a total bust all because this company can't seem to get their act together and send things out on time.
Tactical gear
I bought some tactical gear from this store not too long ago and man, was I let down. It's been over a month since I placed my order and I still haven't heard a peep about when my stuff is getting shipped or any tracking info. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email and phone calls, but nada - no response at all. It's been a real pain dealing with this lack of communication, especially 'cause I bought the gear as Christmas gifts. All in all, I'm super bummed out about the service I've gotten from this store.
Sweatshirt purchase
I just got a couple of sweatshirts from this store and I gotta say, I am super happy with my buy. The material is top-notch and keeps me nice and cozy on those cold days. The sizes were spot-on too, with me grabbing a large and my husband getting an extra-large. We both love how they fit and how comfy they are. We're definitely thinking about getting more from this store soon.
Tactical gear purchase
The tactical gear I got from this store was exactly what I needed. It was top-notch quality and even better than I expected. The customer service was really helpful and knew their stuff, answering all my questions right away. I was impressed with how professional and detail-oriented they were. Leggings
I was worried about buying from this company but I had a great experience with them. My order was received in 5 days. The leggings didn’t fit so I emailed customer service and was told to ship them back and I received a refund 3 days later.
Board shorts purchase
I recently bought a pair of board shorts from this company mainly because they had a patriotic vibe going on. Sadly, the first pair I got didn't fit right. I reached out to customer service to see about swapping it for the right size, but they told me I'd have to foot the bill for return shipping. I went along with it and waited for the replacement to arrive. To my frustration, the second pair fit just like the first one. I got fed up and asked for a refund, but was told once again that I had to pay to ship the item back for a credit. It didn't make sense to me, since I had been let down by the product twice. A simple prepaid return label and an apology would have made more sense in this scenario. All in all, I was let down by the lack of customer service and empathy from this company.
Shirt and sweat pants purchase
I ordered some clothes a while ago and it's been over a week with no updates whatsoever. They took my money, but my package is MIA. Talk about terrible service, right? I'm seriously kicking myself for going with this store.
Swimwear purchase
Hey everyone, I just need to vent about my experience with this company. So, I bought some swimwear from them and had to return an item because it wasn't what I ordered. Strike one. Then, I ordered some tanks for my cruise. Two days later, got an email saying it was ready to ship. Awesome, right? Nope. Three weeks go by, still no order. I reached out and all I got was 'we'll look into it.' Five weeks later, after my cruise was over, still nothing. Can I just get my money back already?

I had a pretty disappointing experience with this company. I ordered 5 shirts at the end of June and was told they would ship quickly. But then I got an email saying they had been shipped, only to find out there was no tracking info. When I asked about it, turns out the shirts hadn't even been sent and some were on backorder. This back and forth went on for weeks, with different info each time. Finally had to get PayPal involved to get my money back since I wasn't getting what I paid for. Overall, a frustrating and shady situation I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Quick Dry Performance Shirt
I ordered a Quick Dry Performance Shirt from this company not too long ago, and I gotta be honest, I'm really let down. It's been weeks now and my item still hasn't even been shipped out, even though they promised to do so within two days. I tried contacting customer service for some help, but they weren't any help at all. All they kept saying was that apparently the package got lost by USPS. But like, what does that even mean for me? Am I not gonna get my order or a refund just because USPS messed up? It's really frustrating and just not cool at all.
Christmas present, email, no tracking
I ordered a Christmas present from this one store and they promised it would arrive in just 2 days. They even guaranteed I'd have it by Christmas. I sent them 3 emails asking for the tracking number, but haven't heard back at all. I'm really disappointed because their products seem awesome on their website, but their customer service is a huge disappointment.
Xlarge faster than 911 shirt
I placed my order, card was charged, shipping took a little longer than expexted but when i received my item it was wrong. They sent me a medium and the packing slip insude was for someone elses purchase. I have reached out via email x3 and messaged × 3 with no response. You cannot get anyone on the phone...its a recording and totally useless.....awful customer service.....will never purchase from there again....i understand mistakes will be made but lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.

Did they ever come through. I have been waiting g on some stuff for weeks and trying to contact them with no luck. Via several platforms. I very disappointed.
