Watch, late delivery
I purchased a watch and man, it took them forever to deliver it - seriously, like a year and eight months! The watch is decent, nothing too fancy. The customer service was the worst part though. I messaged them so many times and never got a response until I mentioned contacting some EU thing. Finally, they sent the watch. There are definitely better watch companies out there for the same price, so don't bother with this one. Just Google it, you'll see what I mean.

Unique items, affordable prices
So, Thahab really thinks they're the best, right? I gotta admit, their stuff is pretty cool and the prices are reasonable. But, let's not jump the gun. The customer service is top-notch, they switched up my delivery address in no time, and my orders got to me super fast. No complaints there.

CBD product for balancing out a strong item
I bought a CBD product not too long ago to kind of even out this really potent thing I got from somewhere else. The customer service team was super helpful and got back to me really quickly when I needed help. They sent a bunch of emails to make sure I was happy with everything and really went the extra mile to meet my needs. I'm really happy with both their products and the way they take care of their customers.

Spark plugs and oil filter
The folks over at AutoZone were just awesome. I had some trouble with my engine light, but Ryan really went out of his way to help me out. He was super nice, knew his stuff, and made sure I left happy and informed. I was really blown away by how much he cared and how well he knew his stuff. It's not every day you find service like that, but AutoZone really came through.

Online purchase experience
I just had the worst time with buying stuff online. So get this - the website let someone sign up with my email without even checking it was really me. Then I started getting all these annoying spam emails and they even asked for my personal info to be deleted. Not cool, right? They totally broke the California Consumer Protection law by making an account for me without asking and using my info without my say-so. This is a big problem that they need to fix like yesterday.

Christmas present, email, no tracking
I ordered a Christmas present from this one store and they promised it would arrive in just 2 days. They even guaranteed I'd have it by Christmas. I sent them 3 emails asking for the tracking number, but haven't heard back at all. I'm really disappointed because their products seem awesome on their website, but their customer service is a huge disappointment.

Swimsuit was junk, didn't fit, and in order to return I would had to pay out of pocket to ship it back to China. The return shipping cost more than the product itself. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

I love all my items! Ordered 2 bathing suits. Great quality! One bottom is too small but that is my fault so I will not be returning. I knew better. But one thing that stuck out and makes this company superior in my opinion is the no hassle return. They included a card with 3 step instructions for easy return. Again the quality could not get any better. If I could be guaranteed another shipment would arrive before I head to the beach, I would place another order today. Also love that you can order different sizes for top and bottom. Shipment less than 3 weeks.... 6/18 and arrived today 7/6.
