Unreliable Shipping
Ten thousand dollars? Nah, more like ten thousand reasons to never come back here. Whenever I buy something from them, it's like a gamble if I'll actually get my order. They always forget to send what you paid for, and even if they say they'll fix it, they never do. It's annoying and makes me so mad to keep waiting for something that might never come. Just do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I've been using their products for a few months now, and I gotta say, they're really top-notch. Right now, I've got WinOptimizer, Burning Studio, Snap, Backup Pro, and UnInstaller, and I'm thinking about getting more down the line. These tools are super easy to use, get the job done quickly, and have really boosted my computer's performance. I'm definitely planning on sticking with their products for a long time.

I'm really happy with both their products and the way they take care of their customers.

Leggings never received
I ordered some leggings back in December, but they never showed up. I reached out to customer service after waiting almost four months, and they told me it was too late for any changes because it was supposedly shipped out on Jan 28th. How was I supposed to know to call before the deadline when I was still waiting for the leggings? It's really frustrating and disappointing.

Online purchase experience
I just had the worst time with buying stuff online. So get this - the website let someone sign up with my email without even checking it was really me. Then I started getting all these annoying spam emails and they even asked for my personal info to be deleted. Not cool, right? They totally broke the California Consumer Protection law by making an account for me without asking and using my info without my say-so. This is a big problem that they need to fix like yesterday.

Christmas present, email, no tracking
I ordered a Christmas present from this one store and they promised it would arrive in just 2 days. They even guaranteed I'd have it by Christmas. I sent them 3 emails asking for the tracking number, but haven't heard back at all. I'm really disappointed because their products seem awesome on their website, but their customer service is a huge disappointment.

Swimsuit was junk, didn't fit, and in order to return I would had to pay out of pocket to ship it back to China. The return shipping cost more than the product itself. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

I love all my items! Ordered 2 bathing suits. Great quality! One bottom is too small but that is my fault so I will not be returning. I knew better. But one thing that stuck out and makes this company superior in my opinion is the no hassle return. They included a card with 3 step instructions for easy return. Again the quality could not get any better. If I could be guaranteed another shipment would arrive before I head to the beach, I would place another order today. Also love that you can order different sizes for top and bottom. Shipment less than 3 weeks.... 6/18 and arrived today 7/6.
