Great Collections
Excellent collections with long range of variety.Pleasant colors and very much affordable for common customers.Just after spending five hundred dollars ,dozens of apparels and quality sweaters picked .
This is what I did ,collected many varieties of small range sweaters and hoodies from offered sale .Here I also checked for normal rates for same brand if size is with some other prices ..So this was a good decision to collect from sales .its approx forty percent discounted prices .
Best part of shop is options under same category is huge .Quality materials used in finishing .Great delivery timings ,nice packing of parcels .Hope I can back again here for some more times.Down jacket
I just bought a down jacket from this one company, but man, was I let down when I found out about all the shady stuff they do to get the feathers for their jackets. Treating those geese so horribly just for some dang feathers is just not right. I can't stand behind a company that puts money before the welfare of animals. Everyone should really think about where they're putting their money and support brands that actually care about animals.
Outdoor clothing purchase
Ladies, if you're into staying active and enjoy spending time outside, I have to say, this company has some really awesome clothing options that are super comf and high quality. Their styles are on point for those of us who wanna be looking cute while out in nature. Personally, I've noticed that their gear holds up really well, which is key when you're always out and about doing outdoor stuff.
New outfit
I just got this new outfit that is seriously the coolest thing ever. I wore it to school and all my friends were like "where did you get that?!" It's so comfy and I just feel amazing in it. And get this - they have this awesome return policy. I emailed them about wanting to return something and they were super nice and fast about it.
Swimwear return process
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how the return process went down for the swimwear I bought. First off, getting charged $3 per item for returns is not something you see every day, especially in this retail game. And to top it off, it took a whole month for them to process my return after they got the items back. Then they hit me with another waiting game of 1-2 weeks for the refund to actually hit my credit card. That's just not cool.
On top of all that, the swimwear itself wasn't all that great. One of the pieces was already looking worn out and falling apart when I got it. This whole thing has left me feeling pretty let down, and I won't be giving this company any more of my business.Refund wait time
I get it, waiting around for a refund feels like forever sometimes. Companies really need to step up their game when it comes to handling this stuff. It's annoying when you're told your money's on the way but nothing seems to be happening. We live in a world where things move quickly, so we expect the same with refunds.
Bathing suits and skorts
I love the bathing suits and skorts I got from this store! They're such great quality and have held up really well after I've worn and washed them multiple times. It was super easy to return the items that didn't fit right, which made the whole shopping process stress-free. I'm really happy with my purchases!
Return processing delay
I like shopping at this store, but man, their return process is so slow! I've sent stuff back a few times and it takes forever for them to credit my card. It's frustrating to do my part quickly and still have to wait weeks for a refund.
Sizing issue with sports bras
I bought three sports bras in 40C size not long ago, but man, the sizing was all messed up! I know sports bras are supposed to be snug, but these were seriously too tight. Even though my measurements are 36.5 inches, these bras only stretched to 32 inches and haven't loosened up at all even after a whole year of wearing them. I've had to use a bra extender since day one, and honestly, I'm super annoyed with how they fit.
Online purchase experience
I just had the worst time with buying stuff online. So get this - the website let someone sign up with my email without even checking it was really me. Then I started getting all these annoying spam emails and they even asked for my personal info to be deleted. Not cool, right? They totally broke the California Consumer Protection law by making an account for me without asking and using my info without my say-so. This is a big problem that they need to fix like yesterday.
