Do not buy anything from this business. I bought "linen" shirts off a Facebook promotion they ran. The shirts arrived and were not linen at all, they were poorly designed polyester shirts from China. I contacted the company for a refund and was told sorry, it was an unintentional mistake in their advertising but unfortunately, they were not equipped to take a return on the items. Asked me to keep them for a 60% refund only. That was not acceptable to me as I didn't want the shirts at all. I was then asked to return the shirts to a German address at my own postage expense. I did this in good faith despite the fact that I had to pay, weeks down the track and they still haven't provided a refund. Unconscionable business.

I think people writing poor reviews are setting their standards at the same level as Amazon while also not reading details....partially understandable and partially not. First of all, the site layout is great. Prices are far better than Amazon and they reward bulk purchases. It's very fortunate we have sites like these that offer Asian cosmetics/sunscreens to the US market all in one place like this.
I do not understand why customer service is being so harshly criticized here. Again, they're not a behemoth corporation akin to Amazon. Even so, they have given responses that were admittedly general but when you ask for clarification they do respond in kind. I had trouble with an order taking so long to process and they got back to me and explained why. It was completely my misunderstanding when I made the order and they were very clear with me on what mistake I made.
That brings me to delivery. It's the only downside to this site. You're much better off buying in bulk because orders do take a long time. When you view a product, look for a statement right under the title that says something like "usually ships within X hours or days". I ordered a product that said usually ships within 30 days and didn't realize when I made the order. This drastically increased the processing time as they were waiting for supply. I think the website could be more clear about what they have in inventory and what is on back order.
That said, I would definitely use this service again taking better care to look for what they can ship out quickly and I will use this site to buy anything I don't need immediately. They have excellent prices and worth the wait.Review about: PosterBurner

The product I received was not as advertised. The company's website showed me what the poster would look like when printed. When I received the poster, it had been printed in landscape format when it should have been printed in portrait format. The poster is useless. The photo's name and my signature were cropped off at the bottom because of the incorrect format. A company representative offered to send a corrected print if I would pay for shipping. Since I was promised by another company representative a refund of shipping charges on a previous order and not getting the refund, I've decided I've had enough. The company isn't trustworthy.

Reading all the negative reviews, let me add my own experience.
- The T-shirts arrived in a reasonable time, tracking was available.
- Quality is good, they are really cotton, and they are ok also after couple times washing them.
- They fit absolutely true to size. Note: I am from Europe. American sizing is different, and that might lead to the sizing confusion. What we label M in Europe, is called S in the US. So, US folks need to be aware of this and order one size up. Everybody else is fine.
- The only downside is the price, you sure can get T-shirts for cheaper. But not with this kind of funny pictures, and I was buying for specific designs.

My order says delivered on July 1st. I was home the entire day and nothing was delivered. Soulmia told me to check with my local carrier with a tracking number. The tracking number they gave me does not exist with FedEx, UPS or USPS. I've requested the carrier information 3 times and they ignore the question in my emails. I'm one more response of them telling me it's delivered and not actually helping me and I'm calling and disputing the charge...terrible service

I will never order from this company again.Never ever buy from this place again. All sizes are 1 or 2 smaller than what usually should be. Their return policy sucks sine they ask you to return them directly to China and pay for the shipping expense.
I had tracked mine and it stated there was a "Failure" in Delivery. Hmmmm So I tryed double checking it, 24 hrs later nothing but then now it's "Delivered" but Rancho Cucamonga, CA!!! WHAT?!! I should have looked into this company before I bought items from them. I ordered a dress and 2 shirts. It took 4 weeks for them to come. The material that the clothes were made of was the thinest material I have ever seen. The dress is a wrap around with only a belt to hold it together, not a button or snap to help keep it closed. I, like others just looked at the pictures and ordered. I won't do that again.

I wasn't sure that I really needed this but for the (sale price) I gave it a shot . Seems that Home Attacks are becoming more prevalent today and most are after dark! If you can't see your attacker you can't stop them. I needed a light that was small, dependable and supper bright. Not only did the light meet my expectations, it exceeded them! The customer service was quick to get back to me and answered all my questions. Shipping was within 24 hours.
Once I received it I snapped the charger onto the light and made a mental note of the time and like they say it was 24 minutes and Bing, green light. It did take a little while to get the hang of it as they come ready to use but I needed to change to the Picatinny (Mil-std-1913) rail mount from the Glock rail (CZ P10c). Everything worked as it was advertised.
I waited till dark and tried out the unit. (NOTE) DO NOT point your firearm out the window to test it at night as the light reflects off the glass and right back you into your eyes!! This is one powerful light that not only looks great it's quality made!
Unlike others I looked at. this little light is far ahead of them in design and function but don't expect to get that on-second Quick installation and removal right off the bat as it took me a whole 10 seconds to fiddle with it to attach/remove at first. My only hope is that I never have to use it to protect my family or myself. To me it is cheap insurance!

I bought some fun Christmas pajamas for my wife and we were both very pleased with the order - reasonable quality for the low price, good delivery. However, they started barraging me with 2 emails a day and I've asked 3 times over 3 weeks for them to stop the emails. They keep saying it will take 3 days but they don't do it. I'm concerned that if their customer service is this unresponsive what would happen if we had an order problem or a payment problem? They are online and new and I don't know if they are trustworthy so we'll look somewhere else

Read the fine print brought this insurance when we brought our first home because we had it prior for renters insurance. Recently a storm caused a tree to fall on our house and when I called them they said they would only give $500 to remove the tree. I will be changing insurance companies at the end of the term. This was an act of God nothing we did to the house. It has now been five days and we still have yet to have a claims adjuster come and look at the damage to our property. Your claim is handled with a bot. And email is the main way communication is made even when you call they tell you they will call you back. Very Scary and frustrating especially when you don’t know what the outcome will be
I am also an insurance agent. A good company will pay the cost to remove the tree from the house without a dollar limit (subject to the deductible). The tree removal limit comes into play if the tree does not land on a covered structure - house, detached structures, driveway, fence, pool, etc.
