Wrong Batteries
They really messed up with my order! The batteries they sent were totally wrong - not even the right brand or color. I had to take a picture and send it to them to get a credit on my credit card. Next time, just make sure you send the right batteries, okay?
Trolling motor purchase
I just got a trolling motor from this store. At first, there were some problems with my order. It took me a couple of days and talking to a few different people to finally get it all worked out. But once everything was sorted, the shipping was really fast and everything came in perfect condition.
Trolling motor upgrade
I waited for months for a trolling motor upgrade kit from a different store, and they kept lying to me about when it would be delivered because the manufacturer stopped making it. Tired of their dishonesty, I searched elsewhere and discovered Factory Outlet Store. I ordered it on Aug 12th and was thrilled when it arrived on Aug 16th, just like they said it would. The upgrade kit was brand new in the original packaging, and I was able to install it on my trolling motor with no issues. I am so thankful for the quick service and for receiving a legitimate product. Thank you for the awesome experience.
Four-line phones
I just got these new four-line phones for my restaurant and let me tell you, I am really happy with them. They work really well and have made a big difference in how we communicate at the restaurant. The customer service I got when I ordered them was top-notch, it made everything go smoothly and quickly. Plus, the price for the phones was really good, giving me a lot of bang for my buck. Braun clean and renew refill
I ordered something from the store and when it arrived, it was all leaky and gross. I talked to Adam about it and he promised to send me a replacement. However, he later changed his mind and asked me to return the defective item, even though he initially said I could just throw it away! So, I tossed it. After waiting and waiting for the new item, it never arrived. I called to inquire about it and Nickie was really nice and assisted me in getting a refund.
Norelco Spectra charger
I recently got a Norelco Spectra charger from the Factory Outlet Store. The price was pretty good, especially compared to other places. It was easy to find what I was looking for, which was nice. But I was bummed that they didn't have the HQ8 shaver heads, which are usually easy to find. They only had the newer SH50 version, which was a letdown. And the pricing on the shaver heads was way too high, which was a big downside for me. But, the process of ordering was easy and the customer service was helpful when I needed assistance. The delivery was quick and the item arrived in good shape. Overall, I'd say check out the Factory Outlet Store for hard-to-find stuff, just watch out for pricey products.
"Home tools"
Wow, this store is amazing! I found some really useful home tools that are a big help, especially with me being a mom and all. And the bed I bought there is so comfortable. If you're looking for convenience, you should definitely give this store a try!
Refurbished GPS
Oh man, I got this refurbished GPS from FOS and let me tell you, it was the best choice I ever made! The order processing and shipping were crazy fast, using UPS which is way better than Hermes or Evri. When I had concerns about the screen accuracy, they were super helpful and offered to exchange the unit if I couldn't figure it out on my own. But thankfully, I managed to fix it and now it's working like a dream. They even sent follow-up emails to make sure everything was still good. So yeah, definitely not a company that just sells you stuff and then forgets about you!
Great Product

Oh my gosh, I went to the store and this really nice person helped me find the cutest shoes! I asked a bunch of questions about different sizes and styles, and they were so helpful and friendly. Easy purchase, variety of models, convenient
I recently bought something from this store and I gotta say, it was super easy. The website was laid out nicely, making it easy for me to check out different models and compare prices and features. Phone order with two-day shipping
This was my first time ordering from this store, and I have to say, I was not happy with how things went down. I called to place my order on a Saturday and paid extra for two-day shipping because I needed it fast. But guess what? My order didn't even get shipped out on Monday like they said it would. I called them again on Monday night and they told me I'd get a tracking number by the next day. Well, that didn't happen. No updates on shipping. I finally had to send an email to cancel the whole thing because it was taking too long.
New Apple Watch 6
I bought a new Apple Watch 6 from this store not too long ago and was super excited to get it. But when I opened the box, it didn't work at all. I reached out to customer service, and they were pretty fast about giving me a label to send it back. The bummer part was, instead of getting all my money back, they only gave me $200. I was kinda bummed since I wanted a full refund. At first, they said no to exchanging it, but after I complained, they ended up giving me the rest of my money back.
Phone purchase
I really liked the layout of the website, it was super easy to find my way around the different phone options. Everything was so organized and I found the exact phone I wanted without any trouble. The prices were pretty good compared to other places, plus getting free shipping was a nice touch that made it even better. Faulty international sat nav return
I had a tough time trying to return a busted sat nav that crapped out on me while I was overseas and getting a new one from the Factory Outlet Store. After a bit of back and forth, they finally gave me a refund for the costs. It wasn't the easiest process, but at least they managed to fix the problem in the end.
Shaver purchase
I bought a shaver from the Factory Outlet Store not long ago, and I have to say it was a great experience. The whole ordering thing was way easier than I expected, all thanks to Sebastian, the guy who helped me out. At first, I was having trouble because the shaver didn't have a model number listed online, but Sebastian found it super fast and walked me through everything. He was really patient and helpful, which I totally appreciated. The customer service was top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again in the future.
Just ordered
I can't really say how everything went, but I recently ordered something from Factory Outlet Store. Things seem to be going fine so far. The website was easy to use, and putting in my order was a breeze. Now I'm just waiting for the package to arrive and to see if the product lives up to my expectations.
Air purifier purchase
I found this awesome deal on an air purifier at this store. Sure, I could have found it a little cheaper somewhere else, but the customer service here was just amazing. They had a great variety of products to choose from, and the staff really knew their stuff and were super helpful. I'll definitely be back for more shopping in the future.
User-friendly website
The store's website is super easy to use, so shopping is a piece of cake. The layout makes sense, and if I ever needed help, there was a phone number right there for customer service. Everything was really simple, almost to the point where I doubted myself - it was that smooth! I had a great time buying from this outlet store.
Dogtra 280C
1 - Ordered a "new" transmitter (Dogtra) to replace my lost one on 11APR23 and received the order on 14APR23.
2 - The "new" transmitter was not in original packing and only placed into a manila bubble wrap envelope with a packing list.
3 - The "new" transmitter was defective upon receipt (the second/middle digit that indicates power levels did not work).
4 - Called FactoryOutletStore.com (FOS) to request a new transmitter and was told they could NOT send a new one until the old was received by them first. So... Due to THEIR error (shipping a questionably "new" item that didn't work correctly), I was now going to be forced to be without a transmitter until they get the old one back.
5 - I asked for them to ship new one while I kept the old one. Upon receipt of properly operating transmitter, I would return their defective one (in order to maintain training for my me and my dog). NOPE! Their "process" won't allow them to ship me a properly working item while I still kept the one they sent earlier, unless... I pay for a new one FIRST! In other words... I have to literally pay for their mistake.
6 - They had all my payment information (and could have charged me if I decided to keep the inoperative transmitter (Why I would do that, I have NO idea.) and they were going to send a return shipment label for the broken one (so they had the means to track the return)... NOPE!
7 - I went from the guy that answers the 800 number to "Scarlett" (that sounded more Hindi than American) in "escalations" to "Jane" (Scarlett's Hindi neighbor) and still got nowhere.
8 - Their business practices are simply wrong. If you ship someone a POS item, then you need to make it right. I will NEVER do business with these people and I cannot recommend them for ANYONE - unless you like getting ... over.
Tip for consumers:
I truly have nothing good to say about the business practices of this company. They know they're wrong and only want your money.
