Paid plan disappointment
The $29 paid plan is pretty much the same as the free plan, but you don't have the watermark. If you want to change colors or fonts, you'll need to get a pricier plan. I was kinda bummed about the limited features for the cost, especially when there are other options like ANIMOTO.

Puzzle purchase
I gotta say, the puzzle I got from here was just awesome! It showed up earlier than expected and all in one piece - that was a nice little treat. The picture on it was super cool, and all the pieces fit snug as a bug. It gave me just the right amount of brain workout - not too hard, not too easy. Plus, having that poster inside really helped me finish it up. All in all, I had a blast putting this puzzle together and I totally suggest checking out their stuff.

Custom packaging order
The folks over at this packaging company were really great. They were super helpful, fast, and just really easy to collaborate with. We've worked with other packaging companies before, but this team really impressed us. They totally got what we needed and jumped right in to start making our custom design a reality. They kept us in the loop the whole time, which was a nice touch. All in all, it was an awesome experience, and we're already thinking about teaming up with them again for our next projects.

rent collection issue
They charged my tenants rent for 3 months while my account was on hold and never explained why! I reached out to customer service several times but never got any answers. Dealing with this issue was a complete nightmare and took up over 20 hours of my time making phone calls, chatting online, and sending emails.

Coat purchase
I ordered a coat online and it took forever to arrive from who-knows-where. When it finally came, it was way too big, felt like a scratchy blanket, and definitely not worth the money. Trying to get a refund was a nightmare, had to go back and forth with customer service for days just to get a return address! Ended up shelling out more cash just to ship it back. Definitely learned my lesson, never going down that road again!
