Fast shipping and easy online ordering
I really love Toynk Toys! They ship things really fast and their website is so easy to navigate. It's super frustrating when you have to deal with a complicated website just to buy something cool. Toynk makes it a breeze! The employees are really great and friendly. They definitely deserve an A+ in my book!
Baseball cards set
I bought some baseball cards from this company, but when they arrived, they were all messed up. I contacted customer service right away and even showed them proof that the package was delivered. But, they still insisted that I had to pay for the damaged cards and wouldn't give me a refund. Sabrina, the customer service rep I talked to, was not helpful at all. It felt like she was asking for info just to ignore my complaints. Dealing with their bad communication and terrible customer service really annoyed me and left me totally unhappy with how everything turned out.
Geeki Tiki products purchase
I just bought some Geeki Tiki stuff from this store. I signed up for their email list to get a 10% off deal for my first purchase. But when I went to use the discount on the Geeki Tiki items I wanted, I was bummed to find out they weren't included in the promotion. They didn't tell me about this restriction when I signed up, so I was pretty annoyed about the lack of transparency. So, I ended up taking my business somewhere else that's more upfront and honest with their deals.
Surprise box purchase
My experience buying a surprise box from Toynk Toys was really frustrating and let me down. My son won a PS5 at a comic con, but then couldn't get his prize because it seems like the employees at the booth messed up. Even though we carefully looked through the box, the winning ticket was hidden in a way that we only saw after completely unfolding the box. We contacted Toynk Toys and gave them all the info they asked for, but they told us the prize had already been taken, which seemed fishy given what happened. It made us feel like we were being scammed, and my son, who was so happy to win at first, ended up really disappointed. Overall, it was not a good experience at all.
Defective Harry Potter clock
My experience with Toynk Toys was really disappointing. I bought a Harry Potter clock that turned out to be broken and cheap. When I sent it back for a refund, I was surprised to see they only gave me $3.16 for tax and kept $44.98 for a restocking fee. Then, when I complained, they said I sent back an empty box, even though I had a slip from the post office showing the weight of the clock and box. This lack of care for customers and dishonesty is not okay. Because of this, I won't be shopping at Toynk Toys again, and neither will my family or friends.
Gojo figurine
I was a little worried about ordering from this store because of some bad reviews, but I took a chance and bought a Gojo figurine. Turns out, the figurine was in great shape and looked totally real. The packaging was solid and the box wasn't damaged at all. Plus, the shipping was way faster than I expected which made me really happy with the whole thing. I'm really glad I went for it and I'd totally tell other collectors to check out Toynk Toys.
Halo-themed backpack for 7th grader
I recently bought a Halo-themed backpack for my son who's starting 7th grade. It meets the school's dress code, and he's really thrilled about it. Even though he's doing virtual schooling, the backpack has been a source of joy and motivation for him.
Golden Girls Mini Tikis
The delivery was really quick and the customer service was fantastic! I got some Golden Girls Mini Tikis as a gift, but two of them were messed up when they arrived. I reached out to customer service and they were so nice and accommodating. They sent me new ones right away and made sure to pack them well with extra bubble wrap so they wouldn't get damaged. I didn't have to deal with any extra charges or a hassle for returns. It was honestly the greatest customer service I've ever received! They've won me over as a lifelong fan!
Puzzle purchase
I gotta say, the puzzle I got from here was just awesome! It showed up earlier than expected and all in one piece - that was a nice little treat. The picture on it was super cool, and all the pieces fit snug as a bug. It gave me just the right amount of brain workout - not too hard, not too easy. Plus, having that poster inside really helped me finish it up. All in all, I had a blast putting this puzzle together and I totally suggest checking out their stuff.
Topps Project 70 card
I bought a Topps Project 70 card from this store recently, and man, I was so let down. The card came all messed up, and when I tried to return or swap it, they gave me a hard time because of their dumb baseball card rules. And get this, the website didn't even say it was used, so I thought I was shelling out big bucks for a new card. I think they're scamming people by selling the not-so-great cards after keeping the good stuff for themselves. That's sketchy and totally not cool. I gotta tell other collectors to stay away from this place.
Toy purchase
I recently bought a toy from this store, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. I placed my order on November 30th, and as of December 14th, the tracking info still says my item is stuck in Glendale Heights, Illinois. They claim it left Toynk on December 4th, but it seems lost in shipping limbo since then. I've contacted them online and by phone multiple times, but all I hear is the same canned response that my item is on its way. Yeah, right. On top of that, I later discovered I paid double the store price for this toy. What a rip-off. Can't even blame this on COVID. So, Toynk, care to explain yourself?
Customer service experience
I had an experience with Toynk Toys' customer service recently that I think is worth sharing. I placed an order on 3/23/21, and it got stuck in delivery delays in Belgium. Despite the situation being out of their hands, I was really impressed with how quick and helpful their customer service team was. They responded to my emails right away and went above and beyond to help me track down the missing package. They even gave me a partial refund at the beginning and then a full refund when the package was officially lost. I was so grateful for their efforts that I actually asked for their payment details so I could thank them properly. Overall, my experience with Toynk Toys' customer service was amazing, and I'll definitely consider ordering from them again in the future.
Super cool action figures
I found these really awesome action figures I've been wanting and they are just so cool! The price was amazing and they arrived super quickly. The only downside was that USPS took a bit longer, but that's not Toynk's fault. I'll definitely be ordering from them again since they have exactly what I'm looking for at such a good price, and the delivery is super fast.
Golden Girls merchandise
I just have to say how much I love the Golden Girls stuff I got from Toynk Toys. They are seriously awesome and way better than I thought they'd be. The details on each item are top-notch, and I've gotten so many compliments on them. They're bigger than I expected, which is a pleasant surprise. When I showed them to my grandma, she couldn't stop laughing at Sophia's little purse and tiki face. Any Golden Girls fan, like me, needs these items in their collection.
Awesome customer service!
I contacted their customer service a few times and let me tell you, they are always so fast, friendly, and really helpful. They fixed all my issues and gave me answers to all my questions. Seriously, their team is top-notch!

This was my first time ordering from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole process. Everything went really smoothly from the moment I placed my order to when I received it. Even though it was during the holiday season, my order arrived quickly and each item was wrapped securely for safe delivery. It was clear that the team at this company takes pride in how they package their products. And to make things even better, I got a free bonus item with my purchase, which was a nice surprise and just added to my overall experience. I'm super happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to come back as a repeat customer.

Man, let me tell you, buying this stuff was a wild ride. The Geeki Tiki GPK ceramic mug set with the trading cards was awesome, exactly what I wanted. But that limited edition Mars Attacks SDCC exclusive PVC glow in the dark mask? Total letdown. It came all smashed up with a big crack in it. They packed it underneath those mugs, and it got wrecked. They really should've been more careful with the packaging. I was so bummed out that my cool new mask arrived broken.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe I just bought something straight from their website instead of going through eBay or Amazon! And you know what? The shipping was crazy fast! And now I'm in their rewards program, so I can earn points for discounts on my next shopping trips. How awesome is that? I totally feel like a VIP shopper now!
Halo-themed backpack for a young Halo fan in 7th grade
I just bought this Halo-themed backpack for a kid who's starting 7th grade soon. He's a big fan of the game and wanted something that would also be cool with the school dress code. Even though school is online for now and he's missing out on the in-person stuff, this backpack really made his day. It's super well-made and exactly what he wanted.
Xbox mini fridge
I pre-ordered this item in October for delivery when it was released in December. I paid more to hope to have it before Christmas because the price was inflated for a reception before Christmas (140€ Vs 110€). mid-December, without information from customer service, I decide to contact them. they tell me that the item will leave on December 30th. Without news from them on January 6, I request a partial refund or the cancellation of my order. No response from customer service. then the next day I receive an email sending my article, except that the article will only be sent 5 days later. Added to this, there are customs fees not foreseen at the start because my purchase was on the European warehouse (37.5€). in summary : object paid 180€ instead of 100€, more than a month late for delivery and no response from customer service when requesting cancellation or a partial refund…
